Talk about customer service, these guys are amazing. I recently got a puppy and and didn't want a physical fence so started researching alternatives. I won't name the company I ultimately went with but would have 100% gone with DogWatch of Delaware Valley had I known. They came over when my fence was hit by some lawn aeration equipment. Not only did they squeeze me in within hours of the damage occuring, they also took the time to educate me about my existing fence. All for me and my dogs benefit. Phil was awesome, great to deal with, took time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some additional pointers. Thanks Phil - will be handing out your business cards to anyone looking for a fence!

The folks from DogWatch came out to repair my dog fence that had been broken by an aeration machine. They were very professional and focused on customer service. It turned out that the fence had been severed in several places. They were able to locate and repair all of them in pretty quick order. They also fixed the lead coming out of the house from the central fence unit which had become exposed. And they were very neat in performing the repair. It was necessary to dig up and replace roughly a 100 foot stretch. By now you can't even tell that the yard had been dug up. It was delightful to have such a positive experience with the DogWatch service. They were some of the friendliest, most customer service oriented people who have visited my home for a repair service.

Phil came out for a service call on our 20+ year old system. He was able to find the (many) holes in our system, and get us upgraded to a more modern unit quickly, easily, and cost effectively.

I am in the pet industry myself and I recommend Phil with DogWatch to my clients in need of a containment system. Their products come with a fantastic warranty and speaking from experience, they will back that warranty over the life of your dog and beyond!

Couldn’t have had an easier or better experience! Katrina and Phil were both so great to work with. From the coordinating, to site review and installation everything was smooth. Working with Katrina and Phil was truly an exceptional experience. If you want the best in customer service, fence layout and design, installation, dog training and follow up, then look no further than DogWatch of Delaware Valley. I was familiar with DogWatch having used it previously. My layout and installation, though, was different than before, not only flowerbeds and borders, but dual location, too; so I was a little apprehensive to say the least, which I needn’t have been. From my initial discussion I could tell that Katrina and Phil were dedicated to customer service. Follow up communications to confirm installation dates and ensure utilities had been marked were timely and thorough. The first installation Phil walked the property, looked at the previous install and then discussed different designs. The design we settled on did exactly what was needed and was much neater than the previous one. When the installation was complete Phil discussed the training and gave Miles, our 10-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer, his first session, which happened to be all Miles needed. A few days later Katrina called to see how everything was going and to reinforce that they were both there to help with whatever was needed.
The second installation had its own challenges, smaller property with an adjacent property dividing fence and some large oak trees. Installing a traditional underground wire by the fence would work but wouldn’t maximize the containment area. Phil recommended installing the wire on the fence, which was an ingenious solution! Training at this property, for Millie, our son’s 4-month-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon went as well as it did with Miles and even though we’d done this before, Katrina called a few days later to see how we were doing.
Truly, a wonderful experience. So, if you want the best of the best of the best there’s only one place to go; Katrina and Phil, DogWatch of Delaware Valley.

I called and spoke to Katrina who was exceptionally personable and helpful. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me and took time to clearly explain the product and answer all of my questions.

He also provided an excellent training session. Our dog responded very well to the training, and has not once crossed the fence, since it was installed. A great organization doing exceptional work.

Dogwatch of Delaware Valley,LLC. installed a new pet containment fence with a 1 acre circumference today. Phil the installation technician also provided clear instruction with regard to the system operation as well as basic training for our two dogs. We were very impressed with the installation and training that Phil provided. My wife and I believe our dogs are safer with the addition of the fence. We are confident that our dogs will really enjoy running freely on the property.

Excellent product and their services were impeccable !

We have five dogs and we were in desperate need of a good quality dog fence system. Phil came out immediately to assess our property and provide us with a quote. We were also looking at Invisible Fence. A lot of these fences appear to be in the same range of quality based on our research. The quotes were fairly similar in price but Phil and Katrina made the difference. Within a week we had our fence installed by Phil and he provided instruction on how to train our dogs. When we had additional questions we called and spoke to Katrina. She was friendly and offered to have Phil come back out for additional training if needed. Customer service made the difference here along with good product quality.

Great response time in emails, answered all of my questions, stayed until I understand everything. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing the service.
