We really love this company and the owners. We purchased our fence for 5+ acres for our two dogs a few years ago. The install went perfect. The training also went perfect. Here we are a few years later when one of our dogs managed to short out his collar. I dropped into their office today to ask for help and I was immediately taken care of and was given a new collar as it was under warranty.

Conner was great! He was on time and he found the problem and fixed it right away!

Excellent installation and training. Heidi is amazing. She eased any nerves I had and really taught both my dogs and I how to use the fence. It’s well worth the money.

The product is excellent. Heidi and her dog are both great with people and dogs. Heidi's presentation and instructions were generally very good. My constructive comment would be that some of us older folks don't hear the collars beep. So when she was showing us how to calibrate the disc for counter top use it was quite confusing. We figured it out a little later and all is great! We also thought she was going to return for a third follow up. We were disappointed when that didn't happen. Everything is great. I think we were just anxious to see her and her dog again. They are both so enjoyable!

We chose this company because it was smaller than the bigger one that you hear a lot about. The experience has been great. Heidi, who came to give us an estimate and meet our 2 labs was personable and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and her subsequent
training visits were very helpful. Our dogs learned the boundary very quickly and have not breached their designated large area. It's great to let them out without a leash and a relief to know they will not run off, then get lost or hit by a car.

I love love love the fence! My dog is a rescue who is a flight risk and I had to keep her tied to a long chain when she was outdoors. It broke my heart.
I called DogWatch to install the underground fence. They came promptly, were professional, friendly and a trainer came to the house to train my dog.
There is an app on my phone that tracks my dog’s activity level. It tells if she challenges the fence so I can control the amount of correction she receives.
DogWatch monitors the equipment and if there is a problem, they text me. When I boarded my dog I removed her collar and was notified of the inactivity and asked to check the equipment and call them. I feel very secure with my fence and the company that monitors it. I highly recommend DogWatch for its equipment and for their people who work their.

Only had the system for a few weeks, but so far so good. Heidi was real good about communicating with us thru out the whole process.

Dog Watch was my pick of three different containment choices for my newly rescued dog. It was an excellent choice. I was not sure if it would be successful since my Dachshund loved to run and chase critters. And at 5 years old he would be learning so much at his new home. Almost three weeks inside his boundaries and I am so pleased. He is safe, I am relived, and it is working for us. Thank you Heidi 👍

Excellent customer service! Our dog is a bit shy of flags so my only suggestion would be to place electric fence a bit further out of idea boundary. But that's on us. We are working with our pup to trust the area and it's all good to know he is safe. Great information about how to train your pet and great customer support. Thank you!! Carla Powers

This product is truly wonderful and I am so glad I did my research! The system was affordable and the installation process was quick and easy. The dogwatch system has worked perfectly for my family and my newly rescued Weimaraner. It is priceless to have the comfort and peace of mind knowing my dog is secure and safe in my yard! The dog trainer Heidi was very experienced with the product and knowledge of dog behaviors. The batteries last a long time, do not cost a fortune, and I can buy them other places. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

We had an excellent experience with DogWatch. Heidi, their dog trainer, is wonderful. She worked with us until our dog had learned what to do. She was great with our kids, incorporating them into the training so that they felt a part of it all. Customer service is also excellent. Highly recommend.
