n the world of undergraduate dog fences, the key differentiator is service. DogWatch franchises, unlike its competitors, are locally owned. In my area, it’s a husband and wife tea. I cannot articulate how good their customer service is because it’s so exceptional. The husband did a great job with the installation. During the installation, he inadvertently cut an underground irrigation pipe but cam out in a timely manner to fix it. His spouse also has done an exceptional job training my Jack Russell terrier who has some anxiety issues. When you call Digwatch, you talk to the owners, not some faceless person in a call center. When you’re dealing with tech with so many variables, this can make all the difference in the world two thumbs for DogWstch Gulf Coast.

The best!
I have always had excellent response from Mark and Shannon! They provide excellent service after the sale, and our dog has been safely in her yard for over 3 years now! They just moved the fencing a little to accommodate us, and as always, did a great job. We highly recommend them!

The hidden fence / collar system has worked flawlessly for over a year now for our feisty and adventurous Mini Schnauzers. Your training approach was humane and effective. You responded quickly to our request to expand the system to include the entire half acre yard area. Your pricing is on par with the competition. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to give Fido outside access while preserving the natural, unfenced look to the yard.
