had this Mumbai VPS for months for my small-scale e-commerce business. It's good, but way better than my previous hosting. the old server's perfomance during the festival sale was dropping tried international VPS for low costt but ping from BLR was above 120ms. this vps in india is fast, with the provison of installing website runs faster for Indian users. no problems during migraton it was free of cost and got help form the live chat suport.

hello every1! wanted to give feedback on my experience using a UK dedicated server. My background is web design, and I manage client portals until recently I used vps in germany, but the latancy to users started inc. So in need of stability and processing tools I provide for clients. Moved on to London server. The performace is different now has no complants about slow loading from my clients anymore. I should note only one thing - the cost is a little more expencive than the vps. But everything else is clear - even support team helped during setup process.

Trading forex full-time on automation using EAs on MT5 was doing everything on my home computer which was mistake. my bots were working all day, all week, without any interuptions but home pc couldn't handle it. had to move on forex vps server in London. the latenecy redused from to < 2-5ms bots work round the clok. This vps has windows installation run smothly during trading time.

I signed for their VPS CPanel services twice and each time they proved to be below hopeless (dont know what level worse than this). The following are my review comments:

(1) Their network and servers are getting DDOS attacked (that's what they say) and they are flying blind.
(2) The support staff have no clue how to fix this since the day i signed up on 18th August 2026 and still not fixed.
(3) Ask the support staff to do 3 things and they only only do 1 and hope to close the ticket. This happens nearly always.
(3) It terms of performance, how am i going to assess this when the servers were never up.
(4) Make things worse their pricing is not really that good.

I would not recommend their services at any cost.

I subscribed for their EX4 VPS CPanel Package misleading offer. The package is bundled with 2 core CPU, 120GB HD and 4GB RAM in term of hardware and Linux OS, Immunify 360, Anti-Spam (extra cost). What i found out was that, after loading all the components, only 144MB of RAM was available for apps. What good is this??? Just load a Laravel app and get 4 user onboard and you will get PHP flagging "unable to allocate additional memory blocks" followed by serious timeouts. Based on this it is obvious that the EX4 package is an instant ready-made push on the subscribers to upgrade to a more expensive package.

On checking with the Support and Sales, all they can say is that the package is a self-managed package and it is for the user to address these issues. Their support seems to be at a ready state to wash their hands at each instance of an issue. I was unable to use their services for 3.5 weeks from the date of subscribing and still counting. This made me feel they were giving me a hint to upgrade. After multiple discussions/negotiation they decided to upgrade (only for me) to 6GB memory on condition that i remove this review. I cancelled by subscription.

I found similar issues with other hosting provider who seem to offer cheaper hosting services. My advise to potential subscribers on this provider is to be extremely careful and be prepared for their mantra "It is a self-managed package" which they communicate and elaborate using a form of English which is very poor and confusing. Best advise is to stay away and seek other options.

We run a regional SaaS application serving SEA, India, and the USA. Recently moved from a vps germany droplet to a germany dedicated server months ago. got more stability and perf for growing amount of users. Germany location for low latency within the region.My reason to switch was facing issues with resrce limit and wanted a dedicated server for a performance boost. got latency to 5-10ms better than previously no problem handling 3x load.

For quite some time now, around four months ago, I switched to managed VPS due to a need for improved WordPress staging for my web design business. I had trouble adjusting to the interface at first, but with support and guid made easy to use the system in my routine.Once, I ran into an issue with scheduled backups being slower than anticipated. I reported this problem to the support team, and they analyzed my server config and made changes, resulting in faster backup times.The solution has been performing great on all my client websites since then. Its improved staging capabilities have been the best advantage cuz I can test any update b4 deploying it.

Very good service by Rajiv and his team. I'm happy with their products and look forward for regular business with them.

The migration process was smooth, and I got my workflows up and running within the same day.During the first week of work, I've noticed that memory utilization was growing above normal for a moment when multiple workflows were being executed simultaneously. I have created a ticket, the team provided several recommendations regarding settings adjustment, and I haven't had any issues since then.

My website loading faster than before, and the checkout process is also fast and efficient, even during peak hours. What I like most is that even after doubling my traffic due to a holiday campaign, there were no problems at all.

Their most appreciated server quality is the reliability during major news events, as it keeps my bots connected and executing without a connection problem.For traders like myself , the domainracer Forex vps is the most dependable choice.

I cannot recommend DomainRacer for business hosting.

My reseller account constantly had issues:

• WHM (2087) randomly not responding
• cPanel sessions timing out or logging me out
• My IP repeatedly blocked for no reason, forcing me to manually unblock it
• Backups extremely slow or timing out
• Client portal often timing out as well

I paid over $200/year and spent hours just trying to access my own hosting and create backups.
If reliability matters for your business, look elsewhere.

Update: After escalation, Aditya from L3 finally helped restore access long enough for me to secure my backups, and I appreciate that effort.

However, the original issues remain: repeated lockouts, unstable WHM/cPanel access, VPN/password problems, random suspensions, and hours spent just trying to access my own reseller environment.

I’m keeping this review based on the overall service experience, not the individual support agent.

The provider is just amazing as like their service, plans and pricing. I am glad to buy Indian vps hosting from domainracer. The server performance is powerful with blazing-fast loading times and zero downtime. My ecommerce website working very well for Indian clients. My business is grown up very much. Thank you team

DO NOT BUY A SERVER. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. WORST COMPANY EVER IN THE HISTORY OF SERVER
Extremely disappointing experience with DomainRacer.

Our production hosting server went down after their team informed us that the server had been “compromised due to vulnerabilities.” It has now been more than 5 days, and our websites along with multiple client websites are still affected.

The most frustrating part is not just the downtime, but the complete lack of proper communication and accountability. We were repeatedly told “we are working on it” without any definite restoration timeline, proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis), or transparent updates.

Never buy hosting from them I literally destroyed my business just because of their unprofessional technical team. Server is down for 5 days. Reason is Cpanel security breach but others in the market handled this situation promptly, they not.

Its a total fraud company, with NO SUPPORT AT ALL.

Low cost is just a myth (Eventually its not low at all).

They LOST the DATABASE on every 6 month. They will waste your days, stating we are working on the same and after 6-7 days. Sorry this is beyond our control.

Websites are down for a long time; there is no action from domainracer- it's a scam. Don't fall into the trap. We are currently facing a major outage with DomainRacer, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. We have all the chat transcripts and screenshots as proof. While we understand the recent CVE-2026-41940 cPanel vulnerability has impacted many providers globally, the way DomainRacer has handled the situation raises serious concerns. Our services have been down for over 48 hours, with no clear ETA or structured communication.What is frustrating is that other hosting providers (like HostingRaja, Bigrock in our case) faced the same issue but restored services within hours with minimal disruption. DomainRacer, however, has left us completely stranded.As a reseller, we are unable to support our clients, leading to business losses and damage to our reputation. The lack of preparedness and delayed recovery is unacceptable for a hosting provider.Before choosing DomainRacer, I strongly recommend evaluating their incident response and support reliability, not just pricing.Very disappointing experience.
