I had a fantastic experience with this company, with special thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by George. From start to finish, he was responsive, patient and genuinely committed to helping me find the right solution.
I ordered the LPD Malvern Glazed Blonde Oak door, which required specific ironmongery. George took the time to talk me through all the available options, answer every question I had, and put together a tailored package that perfectly suited my requirements. He also liaised with the supplier to try to accommodate my preferred delivery schedule, which was greatly appreciated.
The whole process was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Absolutely terrible product …
Absolutely terrible product and service. I ordered hinges 3” and received 2”. They explain the size is 3” on high with is absolutely wrong. ( they hinges on high was 3”.20 ….so still wrong)
Door handles fixing system was wrong and didn’t fit on latch system .
So, if you buy from this website you have to pay transport and if you have any problems you can send back but you have to pay again transport. They responsible is absolutely “0”. Never again and I didn’t recommend to nobody.
I hope you bankrupt soon.

Matching fire doors to existing Victorian panel doors.
I was looking for fire doors that would match my existing late Victorian doors as closely as possible. LPD’s four-panel fire door looked like a good match, but it was difficult to be certain because the standard product photos only show the door straight on, making it impossible to judge the profile of the beading.
I phoned Door Supplies Online and spoke to Ryan Turner, who was extremely helpful. He took the time to photograph the same door they had in stock from several angles and emailed the pictures to me. This made all the difference. Without those additional photos, I would have had to delay my purchase to visit a showroom and would probably have ended up paying more.
Ryan also handled the ordering process efficiently and ensured the doors arrived on time. This was a great example of excellent customer service. He went out of his way to take the photographs himself, which is, unfortunately, a rare level of personal service these days.
Needless to say, the doors are exactly what I was hoping for. Many thanks to Ryan and everyone at Door Supplies Online for such outstanding service.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. We experienced poor communication throughout, repeated delays, and were given conflicting information about stock availability. A joiner confirmed there were issues with the doors, yet resolving the problem became far more difficult than it should have been. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected much better customer service and support. Sadly, my experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and I would not recommend based on how this was handled.

After reviewing the incident, I have seen that we have gotten back to you within 24 working hours each time of your correspondence, whether this was with a phone call or emails. The issues seem to have come from you ordering fire doors when you only needed non-fire rated doors so there were no defects with the doors. Unfortunately you had opened the packaging and taken them out their protective packaging, which means they are no longer in their original condition. Unfortunately we are unable to resell these or take these back.
I can see that you did reorder replacements with ourselves for the standard doors rather than fire doors, which were sent out. Again we have not been informed of any issues with these so I'm not too sure what the issues are that you have stated in this as these have never been made aware to ourselves.

Exchange experience
Original ordering experience was easy and selection available was great. Delivery was well communicated and on time. I then realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size product. When making contact I was helped by George, who is now my new best friend. He did all the liaising to organise the exchange of my products, kept me informed at all points and mitigated any issues to avoid my project being derailed by what was completely my error. Couldn’t fault the service and really hope he gets the recognition he deserves for the impression I’m sure he leaves on many other customers also. Will definitely be reordering at further stages of our renovation and sure George will be sick of me come the end! But genuine 5* service which I feel is so rare these days. Thanks George, you’re a gem.
