We had a few issues with our Aeris Cooling Comforter, first with the colour not being quite what we expected and later with some of the stitching coming loose.

Carmi from customer service was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She responded kindly, took our concerns seriously and kept looking for a solution that worked for us. In the end, everything was resolved very generously and we’re really happy with how it was handled.

The comforter itself is also lovely to sleep under, especially during warmer nights. Thank you Carmi for the great service!

This feels like a scam. I paid almost £60. I want to return the mask as it is not a true blackout mask as advertised. The quality is not as described. How do you photograph this? I have not used this item. It is a cheaply made flat item that would not block out light. The pouch arrived in a dented and crushed"gift" box. Delivery was bad- late- and no advance advice message so I had to chase to the delivery office and I did not get it in time. I raised the return immediately it arrived. received anonymous emails asking me to justify reasons- This company thinks it is above consumer law. They refused to provide prepaid label. Please provide prepaid label. No address provided. and will not even say to which country it needs to be returned. I just want my money back IN FULL please.

Order to sleep mask for a gift it took over three weeks to arrive and by the time I got it it was too late and I no longer needed it then they wanted me to pay to return it. Don’t purchase from them. Horrible customer service there are far better options out there than this.

My bedroom gets quite bright early in the morning, so this has been useful on days when I want another hour of sleep. It sits comfortably without putting pressure around my eyes.

I bought the mask because my partner likes the curtains open and I definitely do not. It blocks enough light that we no longer have to negotiate the bedroom every night. Very soft around the eyes too.

I have to give a 5 as it’s changed the way I sleep but a bit disappointed it’s not as cool as I would expect. Super comfortable to wear, I’m not a person who likes to wear anything tight around my head.

Very light and again has changed the way I sleep in a fab way. X

Beautiful eye mask for children. Lovely deep navy colour with stars. Excellent quality. Washes very well. Soft and silky.

Update: I have received an answer but it made me even more frustrated with this company! It did not answer all my questions and just said to me to wait or choose different mask. Even if I do choose different how can I be sure that they won’t end up out of stock few days later! This company is pure chaos!!!

Since I read here that this is the only way to get actual response from the company I am posting the email I wrote to them. Please do not tell to write an email because I already did and you do not seem interested to respond! Please answer my email and let’s settle the matter!

Confusion concerning order #479911
Hi,
I’m writing to clarify what’s happening with my order. Originally I ordered two Deep sleep masks in colour N17 “La vie en Bleu” and N77 “ Rosée Matinale” Then I received an email stating that the mask in colour “ La vie en Bleu” is out of stock and won’t be available anytime soon so I was asked to choose between the colours “Rosée Matinale” and Black. I answered that I preferred the “Rosée Matinale” but then I received another email stating that my order is being finalised and you have already put the mask in Black instead. Then today I received yet another email saying that you have changed the Black mask with the “Rosée Matinale” which I have stated to prefer. However I got even more confused. Another email followed just minutes later that the “Rosée Matinale” (the pink striped one) is now unavailable and I’m asked to choose between other colours. Now I’m fully unaware what’s exactly happening with my order and which masks I am to receive. Also I placed my order on August 31. It is September the seventh today why is my order not even shipped yet, it has been over a week??? I’m kindly asking you to clarify what is happening with my order and which masks I will be receiving! Am I going to receive any of the masks I ordered???

DO NOT TRUST THIS Company
I had ordered a sleeping mask 4 month ago, which I have never received. After 2,5 month of sending endless emails asking them to reimburse me and they telling me that it is stuck in customs in Spain where I live, I finally gave up and did a Google Review. Now today I finally get an email saying they did offer a reimbursement (/ which they never did) and if I can take my review back. Again this will be endless emails, for which I have no time to do and I know I will never get an reimbursemnt.

Excellent silk mask, it has really improved my sleep and it doesn’t leave any face creases or ruins my hair. Would definitely recommend! Prompt delivery as well!

Lovely fabric and a really comfortable fit. I can sleep in these without waking up tangled in my own clothes.

My partner and I have ordered several things from Dore & Rose over time (I’m absolutely addicted to the Deep Sleep Mask — I use it every night), so of course we had to try the cooling set too.

Unfortunately, although the comforter worked really well and was amazing during the summer heat, some of the stitching started to come loose. I contacted customer service and was treated so kindly from the very beginning. Amea was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I now have a brand-new comforter, and the whole experience made me feel really well looked after as a customer. It’s always reassuring when a brand stands behind its products and makes things right when something goes wrong.

Best sleep mask I have owned. Customer service the best. I will definitely use again.

I got the cooling comforter due to the heatwave and because I sleep hot sometimes, and after a lot of research I chose Dore & Rose - I am so glad I did. The blanket is so well made, cooling, soft and is helping me sleep better. If you wake up warm then you just flip it over and you're cool again. It's so good.

There are so many cooling blankets on the market but if you want something decent then you do need to spend a little more. And this is more than worth the money. The company is fantastic too - great comms, speedy delivery, good follow up. Highly recommended!

Don't expect any customer service if you are not satisfied with your order. Im trying to return an order, for which you need to get instructions via email. After the first (probably AI) reply without helpful information there are no further replies, despite several follow ups on my end. Sleep Mask was bad quality and not 100% black-out as described.

I bought several pieces because I wanted to make my evenings feel more relaxing after work. It sounds small, but changing into something comfortable, doing my skincare and settling into bed with nicer sleep accessories has become a little ritual I really enjoy.

The customer service is great. Carmi answered all my questions. The shipping was relatively fast. I really like the sleep mask. Regarding the pyjama, I was slightly disappointed because of the sleeve length. I ordered my size, however I find it strange that the sleeves even cover my hands. So I will try to get some help to make it shorter. The pants are very nice though, especially for hot summer nights!

Gift for husband, he absolutely loves the eye mask! Says it’s really comfortable and the silk is cooling and light.
