Very disappointing. This is basically a normal sleep mask and does not provide any noticeable cooling effect at all. It is also not completely blackout, as some light still comes through around the edges. For a mask advertised as a “Cooling Sleep Mask,” I expected much more.

Not worth the price and I do not recommend it.

Shopping on the site was easy and I liked that I could find several sleep related things in one place. Checkout was quick and I received the confirmation immediately.

I’m very particular about anything touching my face while I sleep. This feels light enough that I can relax without constantly adjusting it.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Dore & Rose, and especially with Amea from their customer service team.

I contacted them because I wanted to make a change to my order, and Amea was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating from the very beginning.

When my package arrived, I noticed that both the original mask and the replacement mask had been included by mistake. I contacted them because it didn't feel right to simply keep an extra product without saying anything. Amea's response was so lovely! She thanked me for letting them know, checked everything and then told me I could simply keep the extra mask as a little bonus, with no need to return it.

It's not even about getting something extra — it's the way Amea communicated throughout the whole experience. Every message was warm, personal and genuinely helpful. She made me feel like a truly valued customer, and that is quite rare these days.

I'm also very happy with the products themselves!

I ordered a new sleep mask after losing my previous one, I was slightly desperate because I can’t sleep without it. So when I couldn’t see the order moving to shipped I emailed and got an immediate response from customer service with an update also promising to follow up with a tracking link once available. I got sent the link plus a follow up once delivered to ensure I had it. This customer service went above and beyond I have never had this with any online order before. Thanks Louela you are a superstar

Gorgeous items. Well worth the price. I got a pillowcase and an eye mask. The tracking number didn't update for a week but Louela in customer care always responded and was very helpful.

Really bad customer service - after initially responding, they are now completely ignoring me. Still no item received or confirmation a new mask has been sent out as the first one was left on the doorstep and stolen!

I ordered the sleeping mask. It took a while before it got delivered. Therefor I contacted Dore&Rose. Phoebe answered immediately, assured my mask was due out of delivery. Later she checked with me if I indeed had received the package. Great follow up, great customer service. And so is the mask - love it.

This review is not as much about the sleep mask, which was very nice, but more about the customer service which was absolutely top notch. It took a good while for me to get any tracking information so I emailed them about it. Phoebe responded back to me and stayed in communication all the way through the delivery, even checking to make sure I had received it when their system showed it being delivered. Over and above customer service from Phoebe. Can't say enough good things about her.

The mask is soft enough that I can forget about it once I’m trying to fall asleep. That’s exactly what I need from something I’m wearing on my face all night.

I´m a fan of the sleeping mask and the sleepware of tencell. Also the service is, especially Phoebe, a 10 from 10. I ordered a serveral times and I´m always happy.

I’m very picky about sleep masks because I hate anything pressing on my eyelashes. This one sits more comfortably than the last few I tried. It blocks the annoying glow from the streetlight outside and I’m not constantly adjusting it during the night.

Update: I reached out after D&R asked me ot contact them. I never got any feedback or refund. This is so not a serious way to handle a customer complaint...

A literal nightmare.

The mask doesn’t work at all. You can still see light through it, and it doesn’t stay in place throughout the night. It slips off, so I woke up at sunrise every day for an entire week because my eyes were no longer covered.

I contacted customer service to request a refund, but the process was extremely tedious. I had to pay €16 for return shipping, with no option to choose a cheaper method. I didn’t receive the refund until two weeks after they received the returned parcel, despite having requested it immediately.

To make matters worse, I only received a refund for the product itself—not the original shipping costs or the return shipping costs.

So, in total, I paid €22 for a mask that doesn’t work at all.

Never again.

For those of you trying to decide if you'd like to get this or not, I highly urge you to swerve away and DO NOT BUY. This, unfortunately, has been a complete waste of my time. I was super excited, and with my initial customer help, they were super great. But they're only super great about it when you're trying to order something; they are terrible when you're trying to return something. I previously left a positive review based on my initial experience, but I am now very disappointed with the customer service. I received two unexpected items and have been trying to return them, but the process has been incredibly difficult. Their phone number does not work, and the AI chat assistant has been unhelpful, repeatedly sending the same automated responses via email without resolving the issue. This has been going on for three weeks now. I just want to return my items and have not been able to talk to a legitimate person. I WANT MY MONEY BACK MY MONEY!!!! So, please save your money! I will never purchase from them again and will instead recommend companies like Drowsy Sleep Co.

I bought a Dore & Rose sleep mask as a gift for my wife a few years ago, and it was such a success that now our whole family uses them!

The quality of the materials, comfort, and attention to detail are excellent. They are incredibly soft and comfortable to wear, even throughout the whole night. After several years of experience with the brand, we remain very happy with the quality.

Definitely a product we can recommend!
