Loved my eye mask. It's beautiful, love the colour and it does what it's supposed to. Definitely worth the money - x

I am happy with my sleeping mask however would like suggest to include travel pouch for the mask and work on improving the design, the mask moves during sleep and loses the position on the face

The eye mask is nice, I’ve tried it a few nights and it soft and comfortable. It took a while to be delivered. The downside is that marketing emails are relentless! I’ve had to end up unsubscribing.

I haven’t got my PJ set and not getting a refund from it. Also my sleeping mask looks like someone used it before. Not mentioning that I waited for my order for 2 weeks

The delivery took some time, so I contacted Customer Support. Had a really fast & friendly reaction from Phoebe.
So professional.
Somehow the package got already delivered the day after, really magic vibes from Phoebe😉

After ordering one of the sleeping masks it took a while before the package was delivered.
Unfortunately my head seems to be too small (55cm) so I had to complain because the mask slip off during the night, the company offered me a replacement delivery with a adjustable mask.
This one is perfect for my head...
It was a nice contact - so 5 stars, but if you have a small head try the adjustable masks

The sleep mask surprised me because I’m normally very picky about anything touching my face at night. This one feels soft around the edges and doesn’t press heavily against my eyes. I can still turn onto my side without immediately wanting to take it off.

Love their sleep masks, so comfy and makes a difference for shift work 💤

I ordered a sleep mask once it went on sale because I had heard amazing reviews about this brand and I prioritize my sleep over everything. No sleep mask had really changed or improved my sleep quality so I thought why not try this one. I received it in the mail around a week later and it was damaged. I immediately reached out to their customer service and let them know the issue. Carmi helped me almost immediately and they sent me a free replacement sleep mask to make up for the damaged one. Carmi was very kind and attentive and I can’t wait for my new mask to come!

I’m surprised by how much I enjoy the pillowcase. It feels cooler than the cotton ones I normally use and my cheek doesn’t feel pressed against rough fabric during the night. My hair also seems to move around less aggressively while I sleep.

Sleep mask acts like a sensory deprivation tank. 10/10 GET ONE

I ordered silk sleep masks with sleep pouches. They are so soft, comfortable and beautiful blue color. The face mask is like a hug for my face. It is so cozy and the silk is top quality. Great product and your website is very easy to use.

I’ve been using Dore & Rose sleep masks for a few years now and absolutely love them. The quality is excellent, they’re comfortable and beautifully made, and even the packaging always feels thoughtful and elevated.

I also recently had an issue with an order and was so impressed with the customer service. Carmi was incredibly helpful, responded quickly, and took care of everything for me right away. It’s always reassuring when a company not only makes a product you love, but also stands behind it with great customer service.

Definitely a 5-star experience and a brand I’m happy to continue purchasing from!

I love this sleep mask. My face and eyes feel so refreshed when I wake for 2 reasons. Firstly the mask blocks out the light and has helped me to sleep longer and secondly the silk on my skin feels so much better than the cotton pillow case.

I ordered the Jersey Sleep Set to my wife. According to the shop, the parcel was dispatched on 12 August, but as of 17 August the tracking still shows no movement at all, so I have no idea where my order actually is.

I contacted customer support. The first reply was generic – essentially a reassurance that everything was fine, with no concrete details. Only after I wrote a second time did I get more information: that the parcel had been handed over to the local courier on 14 August, and that tracking only updates after the official handover. The replies were polite and reasonably fast, but they lacked substance. I would rather see a real tracking status than a promise that the parcel is "on the move".

I cannot judge the product itself yet, since I still don't have it – this review is only about shipping and customer service. I will update it once the parcel arrives, and I'm happy to raise the rating if the product turns out to be good.

I would have liked to mix and match two differnt sleep masks, when buying 2 masks with a discounted offer, but you have have to buy 2 the same style, which is a shame.

AVOID!

I exchanged over 30 emails and several Instagram messages over the course of a month, all because I wanted to return an eye mask that, in my opinion, smelt of toxic chemicals.

I was also required to pay the return postage for what I believed to be a faulty product.

Trying to get a meaningful response from a real person was incredibly frustrating. They ONLY USE AI! The amount of time, effort and persistence required just to arrange a return was completely unreasonable.

The hoops I had to jump through were unbelievable. I could write a book about the experience, but quite honestly, I've already wasted enough time dealing with this company.

I will never purchase from them again and will instead recommend companies such as Drowsy Sleep Co. or Blissen to my friends, family and clients.
