The mask has been great for mornings when sunlight comes in too early. It blocks enough light without making me feel trapped. The strap doesn’t dig into my head which I appreciate. I’ve even used it for afternoon naps.

The sleep mask is simple but works really well. I use it when I nap during the day and also at night when the room isn’t fully dark. It doesn’t feel bulky, even when I sleep on my side. I wish I had bought one sooner.

A necessary part of my sleep routine
I sadly left my first Dore and Rose mask in a hotel so reordered another immediately and one for my friend who's struggling with her sleeping. They are so soft, comfortable and completely shut out the light. 100% recommended.

Doesn’t block sunlight….
Initially the sleep mask seemed to be a nice quality. However, this sleep mask does not block “100% of darkness.” The cut where the nose goes lifts up at the bottom and creates gaps around the nose where sunlight comes in and I thought it was just the shape of my face or something but my boyfriend is having the same problem. I live in Colorado where we have a lot of sunlight and I am very disappointed that I paid this much for a product that doesn’t do the bare minimum. Also warning it takes a long time to be shipped and delivered!

Completely unacceptable delivery
I ordered a sleep mask for my aunt's birthday. Given it had to arrive in 6 days, I spent £10 for expedited shipping. A day after her birthday now, Royal Mail still haven't actually received the parcel from Dore and Rose.
I contacted Dore and Rose twice a couple days before my aunt's birthday and received what I now presume were AI-generated responses saying that everything was fine and on schedule.
It's all just completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing when you're paying a premium not only for fast shipping but also for what's meant to be a semi luxury brand.
Judging by recent reviews, I'm far from the only person who's had this experience.

Misleading product claims and poor customer service.
My order arrived incomplete (one wash bag was missing), and the Aeris sleep mask delivered the exact opposite of what was advertised. Instead of any cooling effect, it noticeably heated up my face, making it completely unusable for me. Two out of four masks are not functional, and the brand’s response showed no real sense of courtesy or accountability. For a company that markets itself as premium, this experience was deeply disappointing. I can just warn everyone to not buy here!

Website so easy to navigate , email updates are really good (always get info about sales ) so many colors in stock and constantly expanding there selection , I have the white sleep mask and love it so much I just repurchased the brown version for autumn !

The pillowcase feels lovely on my skin. I’m noticing fewer deep lines on my face when I wake up especially on the side I sleep on. It also feels cooler than my old pillowcase. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much.
