The mask is very comfortable but I have it in the color cream and it is not at all blackout :( A lot of light comes in through the fabric.
Being very sensitive to light, it is not what I expected nor how it was marketed so I will probably find some other sleep mask.

The bonnet feels light and secure at the same time. That’s exactly what I needed because I move a lot in my sleep.

I’ve started packing the sleep mask when I travel. It helped on a flight and now I use it in hotel rooms too.

I fell in love with Dore & Rose! I started with 2 PJs and a sleep mask, and now I own more than 10 of their products. The quality is exceptional, and I just feel so pampered at bedtime. I absolutely love that little feeling of luxury 😍

The pillowcase feels lovely on my skin. I’m noticing fewer deep lines on my face when I wake up especially on the side I sleep on. It also feels cooler than my old pillowcase. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much.

i really like it looking affordable i love sleeping in the roof in my flat but sometimes the sun gets in and sometimes me or my partner would like to go to sleep at separate times but still be near each other. Also i move about a lot so its good to be able to see them sonlike the colours

I honestly didn’t expect to love these eye masks as much as I do. I originally bought them because I was staying in holiday homes with no blinds and very sheer curtains, and I really need a completely dark room to sleep well.
At first, I thought they might be more about good marketing than anything else, but I was genuinely surprised from the first night. They’re incredibly relaxing, comfortable and make such a difference to the quality of my sleep. I also love the texture and fabric — they feel beautifully made and really luxurious.
I’ve since bought the Mulberry silk pillowcases and the cooling blanket too, and the quality of everything has been consistently amazing. Definitely one of those purchases you appreciate more once you’ve actually used them.

I’ve been a Dore & Rose customer for years, and their eye masks and PJs have become my go-to gifts! I especially love their silk eye masks. Recently, I bought the cooling eye masks for both my husband and me since he tends to run hot while sleeping, and he really liked his! They’re incredibly soft and cooling, although I do feel like the silk version is a little sturdier. I also recently tried their cooling comforter and loved it so much that I ended up purchasing one for every bed in the house! It’s super soft, comfortable, and feels amazing. On top of the great products, their customer service has always been excellent—they’re quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Most recently, Carmi helped me and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. I’ve had such a great experience with Dore & Rose over the years and would absolutely recommend the brand!

Best eye mask I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried many!). It’s so light around the ears and back of the head that you barely notice you’re wearing it. Very happy that I found decided to purchase it.

Ok so i have never been a fan of sleep masks - until my creases from side sleeping were giving me some serious assymeteric eyes - so i relented and bought two of the masks. Firstly they are so comfortable feels so nice against my eyes and skin and i love the fact the band goes all around my head and protects my hair - feels so light and protective. It does also block all the light out. It feels lovely and roomy also so i dont get claustrophobic when wearing it - and I have been having the most wonderful sleeps. The best thing is that i dont have to worry about the side sleeping eye anymore and what seemed to be a permanent crease/fold on the side of my upper eyelid has now gone - i no longer wake up worried about the long term effects of my sleep position is having on my face. Highly recommend and i have now started buying them as gifts for other people especially as the packaging makes it feel like it is gift wrapped and very luxurious. I bought the travel pouch and also the washing bag which havent used yet also. In fact - i would say i'm now addicted to Dose and Rose. Just bought a night wear set from them which i am yet to try.

The sleep mask is now the first thing I reach for when I’m trying to sleep early. It blocks light well and feels soft enough to wear for hours.

I finally found the PERFECT sleeping mask I was looking for.. I cannot wait for it to arrive and buy more masks and products from Dore & Rose!

First, Louela was very helpful and responsive. Excellent customer service. She was incredibly professional, kind, warm, and cared. Five stars and a round of applause for her.

I placed a large order but asked for the shipment to be delayed slightly. I was headed out of the country for several weeks and was worried it would arrive when I was gone. Overwhelmingly the negative reviews for the company all revolve around shipping so I was very worried. But Louela confirmed that they could delay the shipment. About three days before the end of my trip, I asked for the shipment to be processed. I was told it would be sent in 4-7 days and I would receive an update. At this time, I noticed that my shipping address was incorrect. I was able to correct it on my end, but the whole 7 days went by with no update on the shipment being shipped or a tracking number, just that it was being processed. On day 9 I received an email that it was ready for pick-up. So I never received a tracking number, just that it was ready.

Product Quality
I have to say, the Aeris cooling fabric is amazing. It definitely exceeds my expectations and it wonderful. In Europe where AC is rare, it has helped me sleep better. I've used the product about a week, and I would and have recommended it. The material is just as advertised, cool to the touch, and makes you want to snuggle right into it.

The 23 Momme Mulberry Silk was not as nice as I was expecting. I have another silk bonnet and it's fabric is more soft and comfortable. The drawstrings on the back of the Dore & Rose bonnet are much more user friendly and make the bonnet easy to adjust.

The 23 Momme Mulberry Silk mask is nice, but I would recommend one big product improvement, adjust the eyespace. Allow for eyes to be open while wearing the mask. Because now, it squeezes everything in tight and doesn't completely black out the light. So this was a bit of a disappointment for me.

All in all, impressed with the cooling bedding. Will keep an eye open for future products but definitely notice there are a lot of sales.
