These pajamas feel like proper loungewear, not just sleep clothes. I can wear them around the house and still feel comfortable answering the door. The fabric is soft but breathable. I’m really happy with how practical they are.

The quality is great and my sleep really improved.

I wasn’t sure about ordering a sleep mask online but this one worked out well. It’s softer than I expected and doesn’t make my face feel squeezed. It also stays in place when I turn over. I even use it when I take short naps.

I really like the whole sleep routine now. The pillowcase, bonnet, mask and pajamas all feel comfortable and easy to use. Nothing feels unnecessary or overdone. It just makes bedtime feel more peaceful.

The website is very nice. I like the fact that the silk is vegan, and the texture. But I didn't appreciate the design of the mask, when it is on, as well as the fit of the earplugs, because they were too small and uncomfortable.

Love these products! I purchased the jersey sleep set and it is honestly so incredibly comfortable. Great service, would highly recommend.

The product took forever to ship. It was “in progress” with no label creation or tracking sent to me for 2 weeks until I emailed them to see what was wrong. After emailing customer service I received the item in 3 business days. I can’t complain too much though because this product is my new favorite thing! I’ll never sleep again without this eye mask it’s worth every penny.

I didn’t think a sleep mask would change much for me. But this one blocks the early morning light really well and doesn’t feel heavy on my face.

I bought the cooling bundle in the summer sale and I absolutely love it. The comforter is so comfy and the fabric really works to stop you getting too hot at night. I've already recommended it to people and my Mum has ordered one too.

I bought the sleep mask because light comes through my curtains early in the morning. It blocks the brightness so well that I actually sleep longer now. The material feels soft around my face and doesn’t irritate my skin. It has become a proper bedtime essential for me.

The eye mask doesn’t leave marks around my eyes which was my biggest concern. It feels soft right away and doesn’t need breaking in.

This was one of those purchases I thought would just be pretty but it’s actually useful. The pillowcase feels smooth, the mask blocks light well and the sleep routine feels nicer. I didn’t expect to notice the difference so quickly. Glad I tried it.

I am honestly shocked by the quality. I spent around €400 on pyjamas and a satin sleep mask, so I expected premium products and an experience that matched the price.

To begin with, it took weeks for my order to arrive, making it feel as though it was being shipped directly from China. Given the brand’s positioning, I expected much faster delivery.

When the package finally arrived, the disappointment only grew. The packaging looked cheap and uninspiring, and the materials and overall quality of the products were nowhere near what I would expect for €400.

The quality simply does not justify the price, and my experience fell far below my expectations and excitement.

I tried to return it and it is not possible. They are offering 20€ or 1 article for free on a next purchase to avoid return.

This. Is. Everything!!! I bought the pillowcases for myself and my teen daughter (seriously helping with her acne). Bought the cooling comforter for each of us (yay, no night sweats), bought the eye mask for the two of us and my sister - sleep never felt so good! I highly recommend this brand!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dore & Rose.

I purchased two sleep masks as gifts, expecting the premium quality and presentation the brand advertises. Unfortunately, the boxes arrived damaged, and the inner packaging was also creased, making them unsuitable to give as gifts.

I contacted customer service with photos and explained that the packaging was an important part of the product, particularly as these were purchased specifically as gifts. Although the team responded politely, they repeatedly relied on their policy that packaging damage is not covered. After several emails, their final offer was only a 10% refund (around £6), which barely covers the delivery fee.

What disappointed me most wasn’t just the damaged packaging, but the lack of a resolution that reflected the premium price and branding of the product. I tried to reach a reasonable compromise, but unfortunately we were unable to agree on a fair outcome.

Based on my experience, I would think twice before ordering from Dore & Rose if presentation is important, particularly if you’re buying their products as gifts.

I have just opened my parcel to find an empty box ! There is no sleep mask inside the box ! The box was packaged up empty ! I am now out £55 and received nothing ! A empty box ! I contacted customer care to be told there is nothing they can do because it is past 14 days ! I have been on holiday therefore couldn’t open the parcel ! Scammers do not use !
