I have had a sleeping problem for two years now, waking up around 3 am and immediately my head went on overthinking mode. Decided to try the deep sleep mask and have slept like a baby since… For me it worked wonders and highly recommend

I bought the eye mask because my partner likes sleeping with a little lamp on. Problem solved. It blocks enough light that I can fall asleep without asking him to turn everything off.

I ordered a couple of sleep pieces together and the parcel arrived looking really neat. Nothing felt thrown into the package and the items looked just like what I expected from the website.

I bought a few things from the sleep collection at once because I wanted to refresh my night routine. Everything matched the photos well and the sizing information was useful. The order itself was simple and I didn’t run into any issues at checkout. It made a nice little upgrade without feeling excessive.

On requesting a return and refund I was offered a goodwill gift of an extra mask and to keep my order. I refused this as I did not want an additional mask, just a return/refund.
Since confirming this I have had radio silence from the company who clearly do not wish to correspond with me now that I have refused their unwanted additional ‘gift’. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, they are sharks.

Bought the bundle, pj’s and sleep mask for my son’s gf’s birthday. So excited! Pj’s too small! Need new size, ok no prob!! Well can’t return without pics of the pj’s, don’t have them!! Have to coordinate with her, finally get approval to return. Get ‘gift’ card of $57. Yay!! Well….can’t replace pj’s at that price. Have to pay $89 bc I bundled??? What is wrong with this picture??? Terrible experience, too many other options out there to deal with this nonsense.

I needed a larger size and the return process was incredibly inefficient!! You have to photograph the item before you can return it. Well this was a gift to my son’s girlfriend so coordinating this was obviously annoying, Then we returned the pajamas and guess what?? I have a ‘gift’ card in the amount of $57 because I purchased the bundle with the sleep mask. So in order to replace the pajamas I have to spend more money. Terrible customer service. Sizes run small. Returns are next to impossible.

Very easy to order online. The Products are so luxurious. I a side sleeper so I find other eye masks hard to sleep on my side as they move out of place or uncomfortable. The Dore & Rose masks sit flat and the nose cut out actually helps keep the mask in place. So even though the mask sides are over my ears, the mask is stable and keeps in place. It is long length wise which blocks out all light. Love this mask! It also is kind to my skin as it is silk.

I’m super happy with my silk sleep mask. It’s by far the best one I’ve ever had, comfortable and effective at blocking out light. I also loved the beautiful packaging!

The mask I ordered was faulty it was sewn wrong. It did not fit snugly around my nose so light got in. I asked for a refund and they said they would send me a return label this was a month ago. Not heard anything. I've messaged them. Not happy. Got a reply today 20th September probably because of this review. I have not received a return label and have asked for my money back as what use is a faulty mask? Hopefully they will put it right and I can then give a favourable review. As it is I would not recommend this company

Unfortunately the material my eye mask is made from, keeps slipping all around my head. It looks good, but not doing the job it is suppose to do.

Not so fantastic. It moves around while sleep and it’s pressing on my lashes

Unfortunately, my experience with this company isn’t satisfying at all. I ordered sleep mask and after a week of use, when I was sleeping til afternoon, I woke up because the sun was shining bright, and all the light came through the mask.

Of course, I texted support about it, and after reviewing my proof, they sent me a link for return. I had to pay shipment costs myself, because apparently, this doesn’t qualify as defective product.

Also, in their policy I noticed that if you would like to make a return, the mask should be unused, but of course I used it, how else would I find out that it doesn’t block light completely. The return policy also says that they can reject your return, if they find the item “not qualified for refund”, and then you need to pay again to get it back. Of course, I didn’t want to go through that and the support team couldn’t guarantee that it won’t happen in my case.

The material is very soft, and I believe, that might be a good product, but in my case it had a big issue- it just didn’t do its main job, and I had no real help from support. So I am pretty disappointed.

Great product and has massively improved my sleep, the sheets look great on my bed and are very luxurious and soft to the touch which makes for a much more enjoyable bedtime experience.

Great piece, that really improves the quality of sleep and makes one more rested. The most distinguishable factor is that one really does not have wrinkles in the morning after wearing it and it does stay in one place. I am a sleep scientist myself and I highly recommend it to my clients and patients.

Sleep mask. Very comfortable to waer

Easy to order and excellent communication throughout. Absolutely beautiful bedding which feels lovely on your skin and keeps you cool on warm nights so a better nights sleep for sure. I only wish the comforter was a little more weighted but I’m sure it won’t matter before too long.

We had a few issues with our Aeris Cooling Comforter, first with the colour not being quite what we expected and later with some of the stitching coming loose.

Carmi from customer service was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She responded kindly, took our concerns seriously and kept looking for a solution that worked for us. In the end, everything was resolved very generously and we’re really happy with how it was handled.

The comforter itself is also lovely to sleep under, especially during warmer nights. Thank you Carmi for the great service!

This feels like a scam. I paid almost £60. I want to return the mask as it is not a true blackout mask as advertised. The quality is not as described. How do you photograph this? I have not used this item. It is a cheaply made flat item that would not block out light. The pouch arrived in a dented and crushed"gift" box. Delivery was bad- late- and no advance advice message so I had to chase to the delivery office and I did not get it in time. I raised the return immediately it arrived. received anonymous emails asking me to justify reasons- This company thinks it is above consumer law. They refused to provide prepaid label. Please provide prepaid label. No address provided. and will not even say to which country it needs to be returned. I just want my money back IN FULL please.
