I contacted Blandford Group practice Tuesday morning regarding my right eye. Today is Friday, and my eyes have still not been treated.
The UK should switch to the French system where the patient pays the medical practitioner and then claims the money back, making the patient the customer rather than an inconvenience.
Perform weekend surgical procedures, consultants should review patients at 6 weeks, not a stranger to the patient. A&E should stop crowding patients into one small corridor, when it is a large new build department with plenty of unused spaces.
