I came across Dotable while trying to find a website. Got a year free. Had a few issues that the website did not offer but spoke to customer service and he promised to look into it. I haven’t heard anything back it’s been nearly 2 months now. I feel because they offer the first year free, they don’t really bother with their customers but going forward i will not be renewing with them again. Very disappointed as no communication whatsoever from them.
