They need a mystery shopper doing to them.
This company is a joke, recently contacted to be a shopper for them for a national vehicle company. The information sent looked professional but it turned out to be a joke. They did not keep to their promise and I had to make contact with them in the end to see if the shopper was turning up on the actual day!
I went out of the way to arrange appointments and in the end it was a waste of my time.
They did promise full payment, a mystery shopper payment, for their errors but I had to raise a complaint with the company they where surveying and they eventually paid me 50%, but it was a lot of hassle.
Any company out there thinking of using them, they're a joke!
