I rented the apartment from Dovevivo/Joivy and got uncleaned/dirty apartment at check-in. When I entered the apartment it was too dirty and uncleaned. I had to spend 1 night in the uncleaned apartment. I reported and then it was cleaned after 3 days. After 1 week, I encountered with severe allergy on my whole body. I visited many doctors and took medicines for more than 3 month without any relief. Then finally I was diagnosed with SCABIES. It really disturbed me mentally and physically. I had to spend lot of money. However, Dovevivo did not compensate me. They ignored all my requests. Also, they do not bother for any complaint you make. The worst experience I ever have.

I am a Joivy tenant whose apartment has been broken into five times. Despite repeatedly reporting these incidents, DoveVivo has not taken any meaningful action to address the situation. Their lack of response demonstrates a concerning disregard for tenant safety, and their customer service has been consistently slow and ineffective.

Before renting a property from Joivy, please be aware that you may be renting a room with minimal safety measures and limited support in the event of security issues.
