Fantastic customer experience with Emil
I purchased some vouchers in February, and unfortunately with salons only opening back up again now, myself and the salon realised there had been a mistake with the purchase, that hadn't been obvious until I tried to make a booking.
I rang customer service and Emil was extremely pleasant, apologised for the inconvenience and sorted out the issue within 2 minutes. This is possibly the nicest and easiest customer service I've had in Denmark, and I really appreciated that he didn't just robotically fix the issue, but was also empathetic and recognised that this was frustrating for me and made it a nice interaction, rather than the frustration or battle it could have been.
Combining this with the fact that I already thought Downtown was a really cool concept, I will definitely be a returning customer as a result of this interaction.

Good experience with KUNDESERVICE
I have very good experience with Downtown Kundeservice. They listen and act fast, I like that! BUT Downtown should better evaluate their products, not sale everything what is cheap, but only offer products which can really be used!

Amazing service both at downtown and the restuarant
I bought two burger vouchers for my boyfriend and I and the service from downtown was fast and got the vouchers without delay and this was matched with the service at the restaurant.
