I requested a $300 redemption on September 22, 2026, my account is fully verified, live chat gave boilerplate non-updates, support ignored my emails, and the $300 was silently returned to my playable balance without explanation.

Was playing on GC MODE the slot super clover on max spin immediately hit bonus an started doing well then I hit the grand on both sides, well that immediately kicked me out the game an back to the home menu an when I tried to play the game again said operating system booted me from that game an now I’m no longer allowed to play that game. Why you ask bc I could have went all the up their vip ladder to gold in a matter of minutes but kicked me from that game so I wouldn’t be able to.

I enjoyed playing their games for some time, but when I finally accumulated enough winnings to redeem, they unexpectedly banned and closed my account. I was supposed to receive over $100 in winnings, but instead, they only refunded one of my purchases for $24 and kept the remaining balance.

The company has now gone over a week without approving my $250 redemption. I have been in contact with customer support, and they just continue to say over and over that they have escalated the issues. According to our transcripts and communications, this should’ve been processed within 72 hours.
