Great costumer services

he product with water, liquid always leaks out, either staining my clothes or dripping onto the floor when I try to drink straight from the bottle.
On top of that, for such an expensive product, it’s ridiculous that the bottle is made of plastic rather than a more premium material. I’m seriously considering cancelling my subscription because this frustrates me so much, especially since nothing has been done to fix these issues after all these years.

Great product and equally great service

The bottle works very well for shaking the powder, the flavor is very pleasant (more than I thought and doesn’t taste « green ») and it is a great way to start the day!

Simplifies taking my daily supplements and getting everything I need for a busy life. The best evidence, I've been using AG1 for over a year and I've not had a cold. I used to have them 4-5 times a year and this is genuinely the only meaningful change I've made.

In general a big fan. Tastes great. Arrives on time. Epic custommer service, and a little too visible in my montly budget.
But! It saves me a massive ammount of time in easily securing my daily nutrition.
A solid product!

Great product & an excellent communication desk. However, there proved to be no flexibility when it came to ask for an alternative local delivery option that would suit me better (I have to leave my job and pick up the pack, only during work hours, every month, from the local Post Office, and this is not convenient at all). They kindly declined to permanently hook me up with another courier service, although they are cooperating with other local courier services as well.

I use AG1 for a lot of years and it tastes good and i haven`t catched a cold for a long time. Good ingredients and good value for the price.

Overall love taking AG1 as part of my routine. The delivery often takes longer than expected...so we often have a few days where we go without. I think AG1 should offer faster shipping. I also think longer term subscription members should be offered more discounts for loyalty.

A very good service. Everything is easy to navigate and the whole process is fast and efficient.

I've taken AG1 daily for about couple of years now as the base of a structured health routine. It's a convenient, clean way to cover a broad micronutrient base, the formulation is high quality, and it's an easy, reliable part of my morning. I also use their D3+K2 drops and Omega-3 and rate those highly too.

Why 4 and not 5: AG1 is a strong daily foundation, not a replacement for targeted supplementation. Markers I needed to correct (vitamin D, omega-3, magnesium) still required dedicated higher-dose products — a general greens formula is maintenance-level by design. Not a flaw, but worth knowing before you buy.

Recommended as a daily base, as long as you treat it as the foundation, not the whole solution. Pricey, but the quality justifies it for me

It's easy to make, nicer cold.

I have had consistently great service from AG1. There have been a few times where I’ve not received, or missed, my subscription reminder email and been charged when I didn’t want to right then. AG1 has always been so quick to refund me, and I’ve appreciated their understanding each time. They’ve also helped me last minute change my order flavors.
