I had an amazing experience with this provider from start to finish. The whole process was very smooth, from planning and customizing my itinerary to making the payment and organizing all the details of the trip.
As a solo female traveler visiting Bhutan for the first time, I felt that I couldn’t have made a better decision than choosing them. My guide and driver were both wonderful, professional, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I felt very well taken care of throughout the trip, while still having the freedom to enjoy Bhutan at my own pace.
Overall, I had an incredible time in Bhutan and would absolutely recommend this provider to anyone planning a trip there, especially solo travelers.

I truly had a memorable experience with Tshering Dorji and Kelzang Phuntshok. They were so knowledgeable and truly made my experience a once in a lifetime. They truly care about whether or not you have a good experience and beyond that, they were just really fun people to be around.

The entire journey (from 26-30 Aug 2026) was organized by DrukAsia Mr Sangay, started from my very first inquiry through the planning, visa arrangement, flight ticket and itinerary, everything was handled seamlessly and thoughtfully. The communication was smooth and clear throughout the whole process. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to travel at my own pace, without having to rush or follow a group schedule. I could simply enjoy each moment and take in Bhutan in my own way.
My Bhutan guide Ms Yeshey and driver Mr Tshering were patient and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and were always happy to stop whenever I wanted to take photos or simply enjoy the scenery.
The majestic mountains, breathtaking landscape, peaceful valleys and beautiful dzongs along the journey gave me so many awe-inspiring moments and left a lasting impression on my heart.
What i brought home from Bhutan was much more than photographs and souvenirs, I came back with renewed energy, a peaceful heart and a feeling of being truly recharged.
I sincerely hope to return to Bhutan one day and explore other beautiful places. Until then, I will carry the memories and special moments in my heart.

We were blessed to have Mr. Ugyen Tshewang who is rich in knowledge about Bhutanese as well as Buddhism as a guide and driver Mr. Yeshi (apologize if it's not the correct spelling) to accompanied us through the trip.
We hope to visit Bhutan again another time.

An Unforgettable Journey Through Bhutan
My visit to Bhutan was truly one of the most memorable travel experiences of my life. From the dramatic arrival through the mountains into Paro to the warmth and kindness of the Bhutanese people, every moment felt special.
During my tour, I explored Paro and Thimphu, visited the magnificent Buddha Dordenma, saw the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery against the cliffs, experienced traditional Bhutanese food and archery, and stopped at the beautiful confluence of the rivers. My guide brought each destination to life by explaining Bhutan’s history, traditions, spirituality and unique approach to preserving its culture and environment.
My tour guide was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely passionate about his country. He answered every question, adjusted the itinerary to my interests and made me feel completely welcomed. My driver was equally exceptional—professional, punctual and extraordinarily skilled at navigating Bhutan’s winding mountain roads. I always felt comfortable and safe, and both gentlemen treated me with remarkable kindness and hospitality.
What made this experience so special was not only Bhutan’s spectacular scenery and fascinating culture, but also the personal attention and friendship shown by my guide and driver. They transformed a wonderful trip into an unforgettable one. I left Bhutan with beautiful memories, a deeper appreciation for the country and a sincere desire to return. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wishing to discover the magic of Bhutan.

I just got back from eight days solo in Bhutan and I still think about it most days.
I've always travelled with someone before, my family, friends, my girlfriend. This time I wanted to do it alone, and Bhutan felt like the place to try that. It's right next to India, and yet nothing like anywhere I'd been.
I found Druk Asia through Instagram and booked their 8D7N package. They took care of the visa, the sustainable development fee, flights, hotels, guide, driver and meals. I landed with nothing left to figure out.
Paro airport alone was worth the trip. I was taking photos of it before I'd even gotten through the terminal. Might be the most beautiful airport I've ever flown into.
My guide Thinley picked me up at the airport and within a day it felt like I'd known him for years. He used to be a teacher, and you could tell. At the temple murals he'd point at something and ask me what it was. First time round I had no idea, but by day three I was actually getting things right and remembering the stories behind them. At one point he told me, "sir, I do not want you to miss anything when you go back home." I still think about that line.
He's based in Paro, so on evenings we wrapped up early he'd text me, "sir, are you bored, do you want to go for a beer." One night that turned into snooker with his friends, another into a local karaoke spot. Nobody was paying him to do that. He just wanted to hang out.
Some of what's stuck with me most, the hike up to Tiger's Nest monastery felt like walking with a mate, we laughed pretty much the whole way up. I met Pema at Simply Bhutan, an artist who paints holding the brush in his feet, genuinely one of the most talented people I've watched work. I tried archery, their national sport, was terrible at it, and had a great time anyway. And after a long day of walking, a traditional hot stone bath was exactly what I needed.
I went end of July, monsoon season, when most people skip Bhutan entirely. Didn't matter. Everywhere we went was quiet, and I never once felt unsafe or out of place travelling on my own. If you're weighing up Bhutan for a solo trip, go. Druk Asia had everything sorted before I even landed, and Thinley is the reason the whole eight days felt like time with a friend.

The arrangement was perfect. We need not worry about a single thing during our trip. We were very well taken care of, by the guide Tepe and driver Lakhpa. The itinerary was well planned with a good balance of activities and relaxing time. We had some really authentic local experience too.

The trip to Bhutan was made wonderful with Chokie as a guide. He had such a deep and profound knowledge of Bhutan and its faith. He also possesses excellent customer service and storytelling skills. Kudos
To Tshering as well, who ensured that we arrive at each destination safely. The journey was made smooth and safe by him

I had a precious and amazing time in Bhutan, a country which has been on my bucket list for a long time. I’m blessed with Tashi (guide) and Mr Amazing Khuks (driver).
Both of them were warm and friendly from the get-go and we were matched in terms of frequency. They took great care of me, even making sure that I get to try one fruit per day in Bhutan!
Tashi - an extremely earnest guide who is really genuine, knowledgeable and resourceful. He patiently explained to me the history and background of every place we visited. He is always fighting to carry my small backpack for me, which wasn’t heavy at all. He carried my tripod up the Tiger’s Nest hike for me, just so that the photography enthusiast in me could capture nice sceneries. Knowing that I like cheesecake, he bought one the day before the hike so that I could have it as a post-hike reward at the cafe. He was always checking in on me and making sure that I felt comfortable, that I could stop anywhere I want to take photos. He was also able to get me a Kira last minute just so that the three of us could take one photo with us in Bhutan’s national dress together.
Mr. Amazing Khuks - a free-spirited driver who has great taste in music and great humour. The long drives were always filled with great music and the three of us singing. He is always candid to share about himself, and we had great conversations together and even sang a song at a karaoke pub on the last night in Bhutan. It was great being around someone who knows how to have fun and can always crack a joke.
Bhutan is such a spiritual place and Bhutanese are such contented people. I had a great time here and would definitely recommended DrukAsia to anyone who would like to visit Bhutan!

It helped that our entire Bhutan experience was facilitated by knowledgeable locals. Pre-trip, we were advised by Ugyen and Sangay who prepared us well for the treks, and various experiences there. During the trip, we were met with an awesome guide (Sonam) as well as driver (Kinga). Service was excellent, location was breathtakingly beautiful, people were warm and sincere. We liked that our experiences and itinerary were customised and personalised - meeting both my elderly mum and my own needs for adventure.

Everything went smoothly from even before we started the trip. Sangay from Drukasia provided prompt replies and advice on our flights, e-Visa, itinerary etc.
When we arrived, we were greeted warmly at the airport by Tashi (guide) and Kin-ga (driver) and were well taken care of from there. They ensured safety on all our hikes & checked in on us regularly, always asking if we were comfortable & enjoying ourselves. They even adjusted hiking routes to suit the weather, our group’s needs & provided ample support during more technical descents. We greatly appreciate the thoughtfulness & sincerity of Tashi & Kin-ga. We truly felt the Bhutanese hospitality through our guide & driver.
Thank you for the wonderful experience & lovely memories made in Bhutan. We can’t wait to return!

Thanking Drukasia tog with Soultrips for reliable correspondence from planning to finalising our arrangements. Our trip was completed beautifully with committed and professional guide Dorji Wangchuk and driver Leki at soultrips. Commending them for their professional work attending to our daily needs in detail, and ensuring our itinerary is achieved the way we want. We definitely had a memorable and inspired trip, feeling the blessings in Bhutan, with the deep essence of buddhism and spirit for nature and their culture. We had a comfortable holiday with great lodgings chosen for us, bringing back best memories. We also like to highlight Dorji's talented photography skills to help us snap memorable shots which make his job a even more meaningful one. May Drukasia continue to be committed and professional. Hope to visit again!!

We loved the tour with DrukAsia. Our guides Tshering Dorji and driver Sigay were truly caring and supportive. We forged good memories during the 8-day trip as we visited Phuentsholing, Thimphu, Punakha, Phobjikha, and Paro.
The hotel stays were beautiful and comfortable. One minor feedback was that the hotels did not have baby plates. They were kids friendly but something for hotels to consider having in the future.
