The App is garbage

The App is garbage, I try to get things with my points and it takes the points off but won't give me any of the things I ordered. I've lost over 13 THOUSAND POINTS just trying to get the free stuff. I buy at least $50 in coffee and food five days a week!

The Worst Place Ever

I went to the Flagstaff AZ (drive thru or walk up only) at 7:45. The line was very lengthy so I went to the walk up. I get there and as soon as I do the gentleman tells me to wait. Between the 2 we waited for over 15 minutes and I finally said enough and left very upset. I've never had such poor service! I guess I won't go back.

DEPLORABLE service! DESPICABLE management!

If I could give this zero stars I would. ESPECIALLY for service. I just had a TERRIBLE experience with your "manager" at a Manchester CT location, extremely unprofessional extremely rude refused to help made tons of sarcastic comments spoke to me like dirt when all I wanted to know was if my Uber Eats order went through. You should be ashamed of hiring such a poorly trained disrespectful and rude person and giving them a position representing your company and interacting with customers. I wouldn't speak to ANYONE the way she spoke to me and my wife let alone a customer and her absolute REFUSAL to even help us with our inquiry I can guarantee is against every policy in every customer service industry in existence. I will absolutely be telling every single person I know not to go to that store. To wrap it all up - my order was completely wrong. I got hash browns instead of a croissant and a bagel instead of a croissant as well. This is straight up the worst most incompetent experience I have ever had with any restaurant ever.

Went to Dunkin on Westheimer in…

Went to Dunkin on Westheimer in Houston. It was horrible. Coffee was tasteless. Donut was old and tasted like old oil. I spit it out. My Rottweiler wouldn’t touch it. What a horrible experience. The young waiter was great. Very friendly.

Ordered ice coffee

Ordered ice coffee. It was very foamy and weird. When I tasted it was extremely extremely bitter. Not the bitter that comes from old coffee. It literally tastes like something extra was added to it. I'm out of the money I had to pay for a large ice coffee and I'm so convinced something extra was added to my coffee I'm keeping it until I can get it tested. Avoid ordering from Dunkin' Donuts Online!

I ordered some donuts online and paid the delivery charges for them to be delivered to me at the weekend. They never got delivered and according to my order details online, it still shows as 'processing'. I have tried to get in touch with customer service and all I got was an automated email back saying someone would be back to me within 25 days! How ridiculous! I made contact with their Twitter page and was told I needed to get in touch with the delivery service I used. Well, considering the order was placed with Dunkin' Donuts and the donuts haven't yet been dispatched, the delivery company DPD which they use won't be able to help me as I have no tracking information. I want a full refund, but I've got to wait up to 25 days before I actually hear anything back, that's even if they bother to. Extremely bad customer service! For a company which is well known I expected a lot better. I certainly would not recommend anyone to order from them online as you won't get what you paid for!

Have still not received the donuts I ordered and have yet to receive a response from Dunkin' Donuts as well. Appalling! I've had to go through my bank to try and get a refund as doesn't look like I'll be getting anywhere with the company themselves!

Nasjeed is an amazing person in this Dunkin Donuts.. All of us my family and me are fan.. She knows what kind of food, we take..Only Vegetarian, no chicken, no fish, no meat etc...
She makes really nice and make hash brown extra 20 seconds crispy. She was kind enough to find a solution for the Egg ...item.... Earlier you all had Veggie Egg White..it was not there..not sure..this is one of our favorites in your dunkin. This is the dunkin we love it. Great folks, wonderful service. We are a great fan for this one.. We really appreciate her exemplary work, dedication, quick, smart and helpful. Please ensure the VP or the organization is aware of

Don't go!

20 minute drive thru wait for watery coffee! Dismissive staff. Staff seemed to forget we were at the drive thru window. We dumped the coffee and went to a circle K. This Dunkin location needs new management.

Dunkin Donuts


This was a letter I sent on February 6, 2026 to Dunkin Donut and did not receive a reply.

Dear Chief Executive Officer,
I am writing to share customer experience feedback regarding Dunkin and my intent is to raise two
system-level concerns that have caused repeated frustration for customers and that appear to require
operational attention rather than store-level correction.
First, the in-store phone system is extremely unreliable. In many cases, calls do not connect at all. When
the system does function, it often takes 25 minutes or more to reach a staff member. This makes it
difficult for customers to place orders ahead of time, ask basic questions, or resolve simple issues without
physically visiting the store. For a brand built on convenience and speed, this creates an unnecessary
obstacle for both customers and employees.
Second, the process for redeeming Dunkin’ Rewards points for donut purchases is inefficient. When
attempting to redeem points for a dozen or two dozen donuts, transactions are often processed one item
at a time at the register. As a result, what should be a quick transaction can take 45 minutes or longer.
This leads to long lines, customer frustration, and added strain on staff — not due to lack of effort, but
due to system limitations.
There is a clear opportunity to improve this experience through POS enhancements, mobile app
functionality, or a streamlined in-store redemption process for bulk reward purchases. Addressing these
issues would significantly improve customer satisfaction, transaction efficiency, and overall store
operations.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it can contribute to continued improvement and long-term
operational refinement within the Dunkin’ brand. Dunkin’ is a company many customers rely on daily, and
resolving these system challenges would go a long way toward strengthening the customer experience.

Poor customer service all the way to the top

The nonchalant, cavelier attitude of everyone at the store level, all the way through corporate over the issue tells me everything I need to know that Dunkin is not what it once was and no longer puts customers first, it's a money grab. They've lost a customer, not that they seem to care. Perhaps going back to the values that the company had and training staff/management to handle matters in a professional, courteous manner should be reimplemented.

If I could give 0 stars i would, my mom ordered some donuts from here, the day they were meant to arrive they were sent back to dunkin, no attempted delivery, no explanation, it’s been 11 days, we’ve not had a refund, there is no way to contact dunkin, we’ve tried to contact dpd who said to contact dunkin, there is no reply to their social media or customer service email, this is disgusting

Missing Reward Points


I placed a mobile order on Monday, which was supposed to earn an extra 100 points. I activated the offer before placing my order; however, the activation did not go through immediately, and no one seems to know why. I contacted customer service after picking up my order to ask what happened, and I was told that the missing points cannot be added manually. This was a very disappointing experience for someone who is a regular customer
