They delivered the item and left it…

They delivered the item and left it outside the building.. even knowing there was my husband at home. It was very difficult for him to take it alone to the apartment.

But the prodcut itself is very good. Good quality definitiv.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback! We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of the product.

We would like to clarify that our standard delivery service is curbside delivery only. This means that the goods are delivered to the curbside in front of the building, and delivery into the house or apartment is not included in the standard service.

We understand that carrying the item upstairs can be difficult, especially for one person, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your new product!

Kind regards,
i.A. Pia Sommer

Don't flush your money on Duschmeister

I recently purchased [Leuchtspiegel 60x80 Sano 378] LED bathroom mirror and [Duschmeister Walk In Max F 42 schwarz 90 x 40 x 195 cm] a shower glass partition from Duschmeister. Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues with both products. The mirror developed a crack and the LED lights malfunctioned, while the glass partition shattered during installation.

Despite clear evidence of manufacturing defects and despite the issues falling within the warranty period, Duschmeister’s customer service refused to take responsibility. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their products and the abysmal customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid Duschmeister and consider other options.
