I bought what was meant to be a prep bag which is a very nice ruck sack but it's not a food prep bag with compartments for cold/ice packs and you have to stack your meals on top and wedge them secure, but service was great and fast delivery

While the products are at a great price and good quality - they regain mostly out of stock. I subscribed and then had to cancel and move to someone who has their supply chain sorted. On top, you don’t get responded to your queries. So complete lack of customer service, broken supply chain but good product, great marketing and website. Hope they grow and not fold!

Excellent products, highly recommended, and outstanding customer service!
My most recent order was delivered to the wrong address due to an incompetent delivery driver. However, after I reported the issue to DY, a replacement parcel was sent out immediately using a different delivery company.
This is a great example of high-level customer service. The products are excellent, and the way DY handled the situation was truly impressive. I would definitely recommend them!

Product is great 👍 but communication isn't. Parcel went to the wrong address. Took 3-4 days to get a rely and had to message over 3 different ways (email , WhatsApp and Facebook) just to get a reply. Last month I gave you 5 stars .
