Placed a fotovoltaic system on the roof, e-distribuzione place an extra meter for the system. Of course we needed to pay. But all good. When the sun started more shining, we produced more but seems like that e-distribuzione their network is shit, every day we get 20 notifications of a 10 min grid vaultage faulth. So we lose money and electricity. Reached out to them but no respons. Called them, and they told us that we need to pay first before doing something. Doesn't work like that!!! So another Italian kindergarten that doesn't know what service and good work is.

E Distribuzione are unfit for purpose rubbish company who continue to fail the people they serve. I was supplied with an electrical meter by them last year ever since the meter is creating incorrect readings.

I have contacted them and they say they are looking into it then after a few days they close the complaint with no resolution. How can such a company get away with treating people this way. I demand that a technician attends my address to remove this meter and install a new one that works. Instead of trying to pass the problem to others.
