I have used the E-Junkie Shopping Cart since 2013 with there being few issues. The odd time that I did have to contact Customer Service they were quick to help with instructions relayed in a manner that I could understand. I will miss you guys but I no longer require a shopping cart and thank you for the great, reasonably priced service that you provided me for several years.

I have been using E-Junkie since 2009 for my eCommerce sites and have had no reason to look elsewhere. The functionality is great, nice interface and reporting, but best of all is the technical support and customer service - they are quick to respond and do everything they can to sort any issues. Top marks!

I worked with Tyson today. None of my Shop buttons were working after installing a SSL on my site this week. Tyson was able to look at the html source code on my site and tell me exactly where I needed to update http: to https: Now all of my Shop buttons work again. I am very grateful for his expertise and helping me get my Shop buttons working again!

We used eJunkie for 15 years, and I'd call it perfect. The service was easy to set up, flawless in use, they just did what they said automatically without any complications. My newly updated WordPress website can deliver digital files, so that's the only reason to stop receiving their excellent delivery service.

I've been using E-Junkie for close to 20 years. Had a brief stint with Paddle (during which time the old E-Junkie admin was Flash-based and would not work in any modern browser or iOS devices). But came back to E-Junkie in 2020 after they'd updated things and the Paddle fees had become insanely expensive.

A very easy cart to setup in any website, one which does all the basics. No confusing boxes for the website user to fill-in or multiple screens to navigate. Perfect for selling digital downloads. Lots of options for coupon codes. Very fast and friendly support you will struggle to find anywhere else.

I had been using E-Junkie for selling RapidWeaver plugins digitally (website themes and drag-and-drop stack components). Plus an eBook and a donation form for the free addons.

My only reason to stop using E-Junkie is because I've been forced to close down my websites selling RapidWeaver themes and stacks. However I plan to switch a client over to E-Junkie soon and I still plan to use E-Junkie in future for another business startup.

I had a PayPal notification issue, and Roar (customer chat agent) was awesome. They sent me the info to fix it, and I stayed on chat as I followed along (answering and confirming my steps along the way). It felt like I was working with someone next door to me. Great customer service e-junkie. But I do think you should change your name. No junk here at all.

So to start with I am totally inept to deal technology. I had people do it for me in the past. I needed to restart my old account and upload an e book. I was guided hand by hand by a lovely super lovely young lady from Arizona. The patience she had with me, and she made it as easy as possible to do all I had to do. As far as payment is concerned, I have never come across a company that doesn't know me, and I made some errors with my payments, I overpaid. They gave me all the links to go and cancel my payments, and suggested not to worry about the existing month that they are giving me with out pay. Not big dollars, but it is the offer that made a huge difference. So yes I give them a 10+. And yes years ago they were my selling platform, never had a problem.

I have a lot of files stored on Amazon that e-junkie would link to for download sales. They suddenly require the files to be moved to their site so all of the links have to be rebuilt.

The help I had from Tyson and Jethro was fantastic. Quick prompt info followed by great response to my needs.

E-junkie is a GREAT platform for selling things online! We use it on three different web sites. I have no complaints. tech support is excellent too!

I found E-Junkie via Pat Flynn perhaps 7 or 8 years ago and have been using it ever since. I wanted to start selling e-books, and also having a way for people to download a lead magnet and in turn enter my email list. E-Junkie was perfect for this and extremely cheap (I think they should charge more than they do and would have paid more). It was fairly easy to set up as far as I recall but it was a long time ago. It enabled me to run the website sales and downloads automatically for years without any input from me in terms of delivery per transaction. It is only now with the business growing that we have moved to a different solution but I cannot really fault the service. For anyone looking to get started with delivering downloads, this is a great place to start.

I love E-junkie and highly recommend them. They offer an affordable, secure shopping cart option for small business owners like me. It's super easy to set up and it's reliable. The staff is always quick to respond to my questions. Don't even hesitate....

Horrible. Working with scammers that stole 300 usd

As my title says we've been with e-Junkie 12 years. We left recently because we had grown quite a bit and we migrated our website to a new ecommerce solution that supported PDF downloads. I literally can't say enough wonderful things about Tyson and e-Junkie. The platform is incredibly reliable. 12 years and barely a glitch - ever! Fast and responsive technical support too. If I could've moved e-Junkie to our newest platform I would've. It was really hard to say goodbye. Please know that e-Junkie will give you amazing, highly competent and innovative service. If it wasn't for e-Junkie we would've never built our business into what it is today.

Always found it a great program but also searched for alternatives (woocommerce, easy digital downloads etc).
Then when I needed help for my specific design choice they wrote me special code to match my need perfectly overnight (different timezones) and were incredibly helpful.
Search over - very happy to learn and grow with these guys. Its very cost-effective as well !!!

A great team that understood immediately what I was trying to do. Corresponding via email was efficient and quick. My Digital Downloads are working seamlessly. What a relief to find nice People that have patience and a caring attitude.

I have recently been using e-junkie to sell my pictures on my website and I am very happy with it! The options for sale are customizable which is a real advantage (color, text depending on your language). And especially an incredible team that responds to you in just a few minutes, I've never even seen that! Thank you to the person who took the time to answer all my questions;) I recommend e-junkie for sure!
