So I placed an order for antibiotics as I had done 4 months plus ago. They have refused the order with ZERO explanation despite having my phone number and email address to contact me!
I get when you feel that you can’t fufil a prescription and no doubt you have your reasons but it would be common courtesy’s to relay those reasons to the customer! I won’t be bothering with this service again, communication is key!

It took awhile to get approval for the…
It took awhile to get approval for the medication and then they want me to get blood test from the GP and upload my results. I was hoping for an easier service than going to my GP. At the GP it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment then a long wait a blood test. Months go by before you get anywhere. I was hoping the e-surgery would expedite matters but alas not.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you are already dealing with long GP waiting times and were hoping for a quicker solution. We do strive to make our service as simple and straightforward as possible and I am sorry if it was not made clear before ordering that certain medications do require additional information such as blood test results before we are able to safely issue a prescription.
We do want to assure you that this is not something we ask for lightly. These requirements are in place to ensure your safety and wellbeing and are in line with clinical guidelines that we are obligated to follow as a pharmacy. We are not able to replace the role of your GP entirely and certain medications do require annual reviews and blood work to ensure they remain safe and appropriate for you.
The good news is that once we have received this information, in the majority of cases we will only request it again every 6 to 12 months, so the process should be much smoother going forward.

I ordered mounjaro to help with my weight, I have used it before and I was pleased to find e surgery didn’t just take my money and send the item, they actually asked further questions and asked for more information, before they would give a decision, this shows how responsible they are when dealing with numerous cases. Once the decision was made, they sent the product within 24 hrs which was impressive too. I would definitely recommend e surgery for all of your health queries, concerns and products.

Fantastic Customer Service
I lost my inhaler whilst on holiday and was worried about how quickly I'd be able to get a replacement. I used e-Surgery, and the whole process was incredibly simple and efficient. I didn’t get a choice if antibiotics
I didn’t get a choice if antibiotics, was given a three day course which never work for me. I laid for next day delivery and had to wait two and half days for meds to arrive during which time and because I had a uti infection which was progressively getting worse, I had to seek alternative medical assistance. Overall, my experience was blinking awful

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and I am truly sorry to hear about your experience. Having a UTI is uncomfortable enough without the added stress of delays and we completely understand your frustration.
Regarding the choice of antibiotic, we do actually offer multiple antibiotic options for different infections, however in line with NHS guidelines we do strongly recommend first line treatments in the first instance, which in your case would be Nitrofurantoin. This is to ensure the most effective treatment is provided in the first instance.
Regarding the delay in receiving your medication, this is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide and I am deeply sorry that your next day delivery took two and a half days to arrive, particularly given that your symptoms were progressively worsening during this time. I completely understand why you needed to seek alternative medical assistance and I am sorry that you were put in that position.

Very quick and easy to order but did pay for next day delivery before 1pm. Due to be delivered Saturday and actually didn’t arrived until Monday.

Pleasantly surprised!
I never thought about using a service like this before but I decided to give it a go. I had toothache, I could have driven 2 hours to my dentist (mad i know, anything to keep.my NHS dentist) got an appointment, been prescribed antibiotics as always, driven home, paid for my prescription and started my course. Instead I went on this site for 5 mins, put my symptoms in and a couple of days later exactly what I needed arrived at my door. When I factored in my traveling time, dentist fee, prescription cost the value for me was awesome. Obviously this shouldn't take over from seeing your Dr/dentist when required but, if you know what you need then this is a fantastic service. Ps, antibiotics sorted out my pain!

From start to finish great service, I tried this Pharmacy as I had to go away for work , their advice and medication are fantastic I felt like I was getting back to normal instead of being very jet lagged for days , their advice and medication comes with expert advice and information .
