They have made treatment pricing very misleading
Well, at first I was very happy with the service, however they have made treatment pricing very misleading. When I first created the subscription, it told me it would be £139 per month (which I have screenshots of), and even right now in my account it says that price monthly. I was really happy with that price and planned on staying with e-Surgery for my monthly prescriptions long term. However, they placed my subscription "on hold" and forced me to create a entirely new order for £179! Why does it still say on my account £139 monthly but you force me to pay more? Extremely misleading for customers, and a sneaky tactic to take more money from people without giving them any sort of notification or warning that the prices will be increasing. The worst part is, after raising this with customer service, they couldn't have cared any less and cancelled my subscription without offering me any sort of solution for the incorrect pricing displayed. For this reason, I cannot recommend e-Surgery to anyone looking for a reliable monthly treatment plan at a stable cost. They will increase and force you to pay more without explaining why or giving you any warning that only the first month is £139. Literally all it says is "prices change with dosage increases". I did not increase my dose, I stayed at the same dose and yet they still tried to force me to pay more.
Edit in response to your reply: I did contact customer service about this already, who could not have cared less and told me there's nothing they can do. You are publicly telling me something completely differently than what your customer service team tells me.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you have had this experience. We take concerns around pricing transparency very seriously and we want to address this as fully as we can.
We do want to provide some context around how our subscription pricing works. During the order process we do clearly state that subscriptions are priced as “monthly (prices change with dosage)”, and when renewing an order patients are always presented with the total cost before any payment is taken. We do this deliberately so that patients can make an informed decision about whether they wish to continue before committing to a payment. We would never automatically charge a higher amount without giving you the opportunity to review this first.
In most cases where a price difference is seen between orders, this is due to a dosage change. However, if you are telling us that your dose did not change and you were still presented with a higher price, then this is something we absolutely want to look into for you as this would not be right.
Unfortunately we have been unable to locate your order based on the details available to us here, so we are not able to investigate this fully at this stage. We would really encourage you to get in touch with us directly so we can look into this properly for you:

Took a little time to answer questions but eventually got the antibiotics for an abscess, thank god it worked, my dentist told me in December that I had 3 but they were not causing me any problems…. I just couldn’t afford the £50 for appointment and then for the antibiotics, when I knew what it was , thank you so much e-surgery

Really happy with the service. The price was very good compared to other places I checked, and the next day delivery was fast and reliable. My Mounjaro arrived well packaged with ice packs to keep it cold, which gave me confidence that it had been stored and transported properly. Everything was secure, neat and professional. Incompetent "Kovács István Károly" trying to charge for free order
Kovács István Károly was telling me payment failed for a FREE order (that didn't even require me to input a payment method as it was a free contraception order with free shipping) so the order couldnt be processed. So incompetent it's ridiculous. Even when I look at the order again on my account now, it still says £0 and free shipping. I genuinely have no clue what Kovács István Károly was even trying to charge. Either they don't know what free means, or they have got my order mixed up with someone else's which is an even bigger issue.

Used service as thought it would be Quicker than Doctors
Got meds as would have taken forever to try through doctors, gave four stars as found it very expensive at nearly £20 for 6 tablets! Also my order was held up as they changed the meds to a different one to the one I had originally ordered and emailed me, which I didn’t see straight away, this delayed things slightly.

Put me in grave danger and could not even call or email with advice
Did n9t inform me of safety testing protocols. Left me with dangerous levels. Would not let me speak to prescriber. Blamed another company. Completely failed to offer any advice or support to help me deal with the toxicity their prescription created. Put me at serious risk. Did not do anything to help put this right. Will be reporting to pharmacy council.
Replied saying they contacted me - they asked for a blood test result then I have never heard from them again. It's shocking
