I do want to take the opportunity to explain our process as we appreciate it can feel frustrating. When an item is reported as potentially lost or undelivered we are required to follow Royal Mail’s investigation procedure before we are able to take any further action. We are unable to send a replacement straight away as in the event that the original parcel is located and delivered it would result in you receiving an excess of medication, which as a responsible healthcare provider we are unable to allow.
We do understand how inconvenient this is and we are truly sorry for the delay this causes. Please be assured that as soon as Royal Mail’s investigation is concluded we will do everything we can to get your order resolved as quickly as possible.

The shedding phase typically occurs as the treatment begins to work and encourages new hair growth, so please do not be alarmed by this.
Hair loss treatments can take several months before visible results begin to show, so we would encourage you to continue with the treatment and remain patient as results can vary from person to person.
