You're correct that our prescribers were unable to issue the treatment you requested. However, it is outlined in our terms and conditions, as well mentioned in the consultation that if we are unable to issue treatment we would fully refund you.

This was literally painless and speedy…
This was literally painless and speedy and saved me from stress and symptoms getting worse waiting for a Doctor’s appointment. I really hate going to the doctors too!
As a person who has reoccurring UTI’s I know the symptoms (I have test strips too) and want to act quickly to stop it getting worse. The tablets were here next day after ordering, i could have cried. It means so much to get treatment speedily as it stops it becoming ‘set in’ and hard to get rid of so I thank you for this! (I have made a doctors appointment to discuss a long term plan to deal with this, but this was a lifeline whilst I wait)
I will definitely use them again if needed.

Poor quality product
Order was easy to process and arrived quickly. However, I’ve used tranexamic acid with great success previously but these tablets did nothing at all. I suspect this is a poor quality product and won’t order from here again.

I was told by my surgery to have a…
I was told by my surgery to have a blood test before ordering more thyroxine. There wasn't a slot available for a test before I ran out of thyroxine. e-Surgery were excellent and now I know I can maintain my regimen if I need to. Also, when I got my NHS prescription, I noticed the make of the drug was exactly the same as supplied by e-Surgery.
