Life saver my gp wouldn't precribe hrt tesosterone for me for peri menopause even though my bloods showed very low I uploaded the blood tests to e surgery after a questionnaire got a huge bottle of tesosterone as superdrug was only giving me three weeks supply it's helped my motivation my mood aches and pains and labido game changer for me was approved and sent out in the post immediately can't thank e surgery enough 🙏 x

Poor process, time wasting.
- Requirement for blood test not stated before payment taken.
- Requirement for testosterone blood test scope not stated before sent. Just asks for testosterone test.
-Requirement for blood test to be within 3 months not stated.
All of the above should be stated and a record of acceptance BEFORE payment is taken as extra conditions and time is wasted before refunding.
Incredibly poor experience- accepting money without stating conditions upfront then selling extra blood tests, poor ethics.

Waste of time and effort
As usual trust pilot corrupted by friends and family reviews bumping up the ratings ..in my opinion. Personally , what a fook about . I ask for a repeat prescription for clopidogrel , a blood thinner i have occasionally used for years in conjunction with my meds to break down potential clots that cause breathing issues . As a repeat prescription obviously shouldnt be an issue . Now becomes a new set of questions and wanting access to medical records . As a working man i havent the time to be bothering GPs or sitting in AE for 6 hours so they can give me clopidogrel . There are lots of online options . Wouldnt bother here again

If you got a UTI it’s not worth the wait
Got a UTI and waited for antibiotics 5 days. Only reason I went with this is to take pressure off the NHS & emergency services. Made the whole UTI worse to a point where there is blood in the urin now.
Never again.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I frequently am told that my specific blood pressure tablets are not available on the NHS. (I need white tablets due to an artificial colouring allergy). Every month it is a nightmare to try and get white tablets. After being told, last week, that the pharmacy couldn't get any, despite me giving them 5 different suppliers names, I resorted to an Internet search. e-surgery were brilliant as their online form asked if I needed a specific brand. They are the only online pharmacy that does this, in my experience. Two days later I got my white tablets. Fantastic service which I will certainly use again to save the stress of trying to get them through the NHS.

Going between Dr's and local pharmacy…
Going between Dr's and local pharmacy because no one knew where my prescription was. I ran out of high blood pressure meds. Anyone who's on high blood pressure medicine knows you can have a stroke when you miss your doses. What a joke! Went online to e surgery and got my meds by the next morning!

Superb. Diagnosed with High blood pressure have been waiting a week for my incompetent GP to sign off meds, have ran out of ones from hospitial .ordered from here arrived next day and same brand as hospitial gave me . Great.

I ran out of my blood pressure tablets…
I ran out of my blood pressure tablets when I was away from home longer than I had expected. The e-surgery asked me a number of reasonable health questions, then accepted my order.
I received within just a few days, and I have been very satisfied with the service. I would not hesitate to use the service again in similar circumstances

The interests of the Patient are not Important at this surgery
The doctors at this surgery do not have the interests of the patient. I am hypertensive, but had to withdraw my usual medications because I had a screening test which would be affected. The doctor refused to prescribe any alternative medications. So I will have to spend the next 2 weeks with high blood pressure in order to do the Aldosterone-renin screening.

Caring and reliable service. Could not get my blood pressure medication as I'm self isolating and local Chemist was 5 days behind. Ordered from esurgery and medication arrived next day at about the same cost as a NHS charge.
