For months no problems until recently I've ordered my monthly prescription i was told it has to be 1 week before your prescription is empty so I've done this and I've gotten complete silence I've emailed 7 times, tried the chatt no response only from a bot that can't help and called 45 times with the lines saying there closed even when their open. I've had my order receipt (which is automatic) but no confirmation or anything from them. I am now left without my medication and will now be forced to order from else where which the cheapest I've found is £200 and this is on top of the money e-surgery has taken from me which was £154...who has the money for this? But it's either pay for this extra or stop my medication. Also I've had problems with getting the right dose one month I'm on the right one then e-surgery can't get that dose so I have to go down one so with my journey of weight loss hasnt been that great and when ive emailed and called them to say that there not providing me with the best or right dose i get a member of staff tell me "well go get it elsewhere" I've been a loyal customer even when I've found the medication cheaper somewhere else and this is how they thank us. I've emailed them one last time asking for a refund and if not I will take it up with my bank and still no response. Thanks for nothing e-surgery. Very disappointing not like they will care.
Please listen to the not so great reviews because we all are experiencing the same issues and we all can't be wrong. These amazing comments sound like damage control to me.

I submitted a valid order to e-Surgery with recent bloodwork showing thyroid levels that many medical professionals would class as sub-optimal. I completed their consultation honestly, expecting at least a decision or some basic communication.
Instead? Nothing. No follow-up, no explanation — just a silent refund and a closed door. Not even the courtesy of a message to say why.
This isn’t a proper healthcare service. It’s a glorified vending machine with a reject button. If your case doesn’t fit neatly into their rigid checklist, they won’t treat you like a person — they’ll just bin you.
If you’re trying to take control of your health (especially when the NHS won’t listen), steer clear of these cowboys. Wasted time, wasted effort, and a total lack of human decency.
And please save your pandering, corporate, fake empathy trash reply.

Fantastic service. Had a dental infection and managed to get treatment to tie me over until I went to a dentist and get the infection under control. If I hadn't, I can't imagine what would have happened! Thank you for your help :)!

I’ve used this company before and they were good. However I have a really bad sinus infection and tried to get some antibiotics from here to avoid bothering my GP. Firstly it took them over 24 hours before they responded to my consultation then I was told I couldn’t have the antibiotics that I paid for because they were unsure if it was a sinus infection so I would need a nasal spray instead. Nasal sprays are completely ineffective in my experience which I explained to them but they still didn’t respond instead they refunded me without any acknowledging email. I’ve just been to see my own pharmacist instead and been given the antibiotics because it IS a sinus infection.
Very unimpressed.

Amazing service. I frequently am told that my specific blood pressure tablets are not available on the NHS. (I need white tablets due to an artificial colouring allergy). Every month it is a nightmare to try and get white tablets. After being told, last week, that the pharmacy couldn't get any, despite me giving them 5 different suppliers names, I resorted to an Internet search. e-surgery were brilliant as their online form asked if I needed a specific brand. They are the only online pharmacy that does this, in my experience. Two days later I got my white tablets. Fantastic service which I will certainly use again to save the stress of trying to get them through the NHS.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with E-Surgery while seeking Mounjaro for weight loss maintenance. Initially, I received my first maintenance dose with the reassurance that my case would be reviewed and that ongoing support would be provided. However, I was met with contradictory information when they abruptly cancelled my subsequent orders without any valid explanation. This was particularly disheartening, as their communication indicated support for individuals with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9, yet my case was dismissed the moment I reached my BMI target.
What is especially concerning is their failure to recognise the role of Mounjaro in appetite control, which is crucial for someone like me who struggles with binge eating. Despite my clear communication about needing Mounjaro for maintenance once I reached my weight loss goal, the company dismissed my requirements simply because I fell within what they deemed a "healthy" weight range.
Research indicates that discontinuing Mounjaro can lead to significant weight regain, with studies highlighting a high incidence of this issue. According to The Effect of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists on Weight Loss: A Meta-Analysis published in Obesity Reviews, patients who discontinue GLP-1 receptor agonists like Mounjaro often experience a return to pre-treatment weight, with some studies reporting weight regain in up to 85% of patients. Additionally, a systematic review published in Diabetes Obesity & Metabolism shows that the likelihood of weight regain increases significantly within the first year after stopping treatment. This evidence underscores the necessity for continued support, yet E-Surgery failed to provide the personalised care that I expected.
Moreover, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines recommend ongoing support and monitoring for patients on weight management medications, particularly when there are underlying psychological factors such as binge eating. By not adhering to these guidelines, E-Surgery has demonstrated a lack of commitment to patient care.
The absence of a duty of care and personalised treatment was evident throughout my experience. When I reached out for clarification, all the patient support team could say was that the clinician's decision was final and that it was stipulated in the terms and conditions. This left me feeling unheard and unsupported, especially after receiving previous assurances regarding my treatment.
In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering Mounjaro to seek a different supplier that genuinely supports long-term treatment. My experience with E-Surgery has shown me that once you reach your goal weight, you may find it challenging to obtain necessary medications from them. Losing weight is a complex journey, and E-Surgery’s approach was far from the supportive environment I was promised.
E-Surgery, I urge you to reconsider how your clinicians communicate with patients and align with your own stated policies. This inconsistency has not only impacted my treatment but also my overall well-being.
I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with E-Surgery while seeking Mounjaro for weight loss maintenance. Initially, I received my first maintenance dose with the promise of ongoing support. However, as soon as I reached my target BMI, they abruptly cancelled my subsequent orders without any valid explanation, despite their claims of helping patients with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9.
Their dismissive attitude towards my case was shocking. I made it clear that Mounjaro was crucial not just for weight loss, but for managing my appetite and mild binge eating tendencies. Instead of understanding this, they cut me off as soon as I reached a so-called “healthy” BMI, completely ignoring the role Mounjaro plays in appetite control. E-Surgery provided no tailored care or proper questioning of my individual needs—it felt generic and robotic, as though I was just another number.
Their response to my concerns was defensive and failed to address my actual needs. It’s obvious they are more concerned with covering themselves than offering genuine patient care. They even claimed that Mounjaro isn’t approved for binge eating, but research and real-world evidence show that Mounjaro (a GLP-1 receptor agonist) is highly effective in controlling appetite and preventing weight regain. The fact that they didn’t even try to understand this shows a complete lack of care.
E-Surgery’s "solution" was to suggest I see my GP for therapy, as if that could replace the role Mounjaro plays in managing my condition. My binge eating isn’t severe, but it is problematic, and I hadn’t found a successful treatment until Mounjaro, which really helped me control my appetite and maintain weight loss. Worse still, they made this decision without a single phone call or any attempt to understand my needs. The whole process was cold, impersonal, and dismissive.
Research shows that discontinuing GLP-1 receptor agonists like Mounjaro leads to significant weight regain for most people, but E-Surgery ignored this entirely, leaving me feeling abandoned. There was no follow-up, no care, and certainly no personalised treatment plan. Their entire approach seemed to be to push me away the moment I no longer fit their tick-box criteria.
If you’re considering E-Surgery, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are far better telemedicine providers who genuinely care about long-term support and patient well-being. My opinion is E-Surgery is cheap for a reason—once you’ve bought the first dose, they’ll drop you without any real concern for your health. You get what you pay for, and in this case, that means poor communication, no real support, and being treated like just another number. Save yourself the trouble and avoid E-Surgery at all costs!

Very useful service and very much needed with the current state of our health service . I ordered the ipratropium nose spray after trying several things from gp that have not worked . It solved my problem I had

Never ordered from an online pharmacy before but glad I did. The Avamys nasal spray arrived within a few days - saved me a week or more of trying to get a GP appointment or paying for a private doctor, just to get the same prescription.

Awful service. I needed treatment for infection and was prescribed antibiotics, I selected their collect from post office option with tracked delivery. After the package was delivered I went to collect it from the post office and was told they didn't have it, so I called e-surgery to explain. They said they would launch an investigation but in the meantime they couldn't send out any new treatment, therefore I was forced to access treatment elsewhere. A month later they contacted me to say the antibiotics had been returned to them and would I like them to be resent, at this point I had already been treated so requested a refund. Initially they refused to offer me a refund as apparently their terms and conditions dictate that they can't, despite the fact I never received the treatment I paid for through no fault of my own. When I continued to complain about this they reluctantly agreed to a 55% refund (and even then did not include the tracked delivery fee in the calculation) "since the cost of the prescriber's time is a specialized service". I thought this was frankly a ridiculous excuse to charge me money for an item I never received and had no control over, not to mention the fact that I was in need of medical care and their initial solution to that was for me to wait for over a month while they conducted their investigation.
