A shockingly poor service
A shockingly poor service! I ordered antibiotics for a dental infection and answered all the questions fully. My order was approved. I then received an email saying that the prescriber had questions as to why I had requested metronidazole as they would normally prescribe amoxicillin or penicillin - did I have an allergy? I responded that no, I didn't, but that since I have IBS (though don't take any medication for this), I have used Metronidazole in the past without side effects and this is my preferred antibiotic.
They immediately cancelled my order, without any explanation. I received an email saying we're unable to fulfil your order and have refunded you.
This is totally unacceptable. No reason was provided for the order cancellation and I'm now without the medication I require, and £35 down. It will take 3 to 5 days for a refund.
Do not recommend this website at all!

I can confirm that our prescriber did send you an email earlier this morning explaining the clinical reasons why we were unable to issue Metronidazole in this instance. We understand this may be disappointing, however the safety of our patients is always our top priority and our prescribers must make clinical decisions based on this.
We’re sorry for any distress this has caused and we would encourage you to seek advice from your dentist or GP who will be able to prescribe the most appropriate antibiotic for your needs.

DELIVERY TIMES NOT RELIABLE EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA
They use Royal Mail who are very unreliable. I paid for 24 hour tracked. I ordered on a Friday night and expected the medication on Sunday or Monday at the latest. After emails saying it would be received by 5pm toady, Royal mail emailed me at 3.30pm to say they couldn't deliver today (they didn't say why) and that they will "attempt" to delivber tomorrow. e-Surgery have of course covered themselves by putting that the 24 hour trackled service can "rarely" take 3 days.

Couldn't get an appointment at all was told I would have a 5 day wait! needed the antibiotics way before 5 days! Amazing service meds came bang on time! on my second day of my antibiotics and feeling better already! Amazing service I was worried at first but if I ever struggle again for appointments knowing I need antibiotics I'll definitely use this again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Ordered some antibiotics for a gum infection on Thursday evening and they have arrived this morning (Saturday) I was kept in formed by email every step that the process was going through and had no issues at all. I would definitely use this e -surgery again if I needed to.

Different rates depending on how soon you need goods.
Paid for royal mail 24.
Came late. Not within 24 hours of royal mail receiving it.
They are responsible for the mail contractor.
Refused to refund postage rate.

When an item is reported as potentially lost or undelivered we are required to follow Royal Mail’s investigation procedure before we are able to take any further action.
