Fast efficient service

Great service from this company. Very professional and understanding. I ordered an inhaler with the belief that my doctors were not able to only for my doctors to supply one after I'd also placed an order with e-surgery. E-surgery noticed this on my records and questioned my request. They were happy to refund me for my purchase with no hassle. Would definitely use again and recommend on my recent experience.

Joke of a company and so unproffesional
Placed and order online on the 15th for inhaler and a flow meter ( didnt really need the flow meter but thought might as well get one while i was ordering) . Anyway placed the order and paid for next day delivery for this time today (1pm). Anyway 10 minutes ago I got an email saying they have not sent the inhaler ( which is the reason i placed an order) and will refund me for that, and on top of that the rest of my order has not even been sent yet !!!! So refund me the NEXT DAY DELIVERY COSTS TOO!!! Absolutely poor communication and a scam charging for next day delivery when they have not even sent the item by the time they should have been arriving !!!!!

Can I just im so pleased with the service with you guys, ive just moved to a new property and all my gp records weren’t transferred over, i am asthmatic no one would help me my Gp or pharmacy wouldn’t help me I was running out of my inhaler, and I couldn’t get any, then I found u guys online and found I could get one online I am so pleased thank you guys for your help idk what I would of done!!! I got a 15% discount, and I thought I’d order two Ventolin inhalers, even though I only needed one. But guess what? Someone made the decision to changed to just one Ventolin inhaler without even asking me. And that ended up costing me more £17.00 for one ventolin inhaler

I understand your frustration about the change from two inhalers to one. I can see why this would be disappointing, especially when you were hoping to take advantage of the discount on a larger order.
To clarify the costs: or the two inhaler plus postage you paid £20.61, one inhaler is £12.95 with your 15% discount it would be £11.01, plus postage brought your total to £12.96.
We processed a refund of £7.65 for the second inhaler that couldn't be supplied.
As mentioned in your consultation and confirmed in our follow-up email, we sometimes can only issue one inhaler per order due to clinical guidelines, which you agreed to during the consultation process. We always aim to inform patients of any changes and process refunds promptly when adjustments are needed.
I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any other concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Due to the loss of a previous inhaler, we stated we would only be able to offer 1 inhaler on this occasion.
You responded by confirming that you were happy to proceed with this change.
Based on your explicit agreement to receive just one inhaler, that is reason we have provided what we provided. Our prescribers followed the policy you acknowledged and the specific quantity you agreed to receive.
If you need additional inhalers in the future, we'd be happy to discuss your options during a new consultation, though please note our policy regarding replacement inhalers within a 12-month period.

I ordered my usual 2 Salamol inhalers from my doctor's surgery last week but for some unknown reason they didn't receive my request. I attempted to purchase a Salamol inhaler from E-Surgery and I was told to stop trying to purchase it. Not good enough.

Excellent customer service very thorough and cautious I cannot praise them enough or the Dr that I spoke with etc.
It makes me feel safer knowing that this company are very cautious and careful when it comes to issuing
things. I got in a crisis with a lost blue inhaler and these guys have been wonderful and much faster than my GP. They've questioned me very thoroughly and gone into a lot of detail they have my GP's address and details etc and information for extra safety which is again a huge reassurance. I've had the cause to use them once previously all items are absolutely 100% genuine. I would tell anyone for any mild medications etc to use these guys for so many things it's a very varied mix which is great. Keep up the fantastic work guys your an absolute
godsend!!
