Dentist advised they no longer…
Dentist advised they no longer prescribed antibiotics as part of treatment meaning it’s either root canal and crown or extraction.
Decided to give antibiotics ago, ordered one day arrived the next, very easy to order, relevant checks and assessment made, Finished the course as directed and infection cleared; result!

A Really easy process to get the antibiotics I needed, the only thing that was a problem was Royal Mail taking 24 hours longer than expected to deliver them.
