Good value & efficient service
I found this company to be the cheapest for malaria tablets online and they were quick to deliver them which was good as we were travelling within a week of ordering them. Would highly recommend!

ESurgery have gone completely down hill since teaming up with Evaro.
They make the assumption everyone is registered with an NHS GP and live permanently in the UK We don't live in the UK and are only in the UK for a small part of the year. We are NOT registered with an NHS GP
In March time roughly I ordered some Gel they order 2 bottles stupidly I only took 1 bottle.
I went to reorder the extra bottle as we leave the UK in 3 weeks it was rejected as orders too soon. They took 2 days to reject my order.
They refunded me but they have NOY said whether they refunded a second item of anti sickness tablets.
They take your money and hang on to it before letting you know you have been rejected by their AL systems as you did not reach their hidden criterias.
It is very clear their rejection responsoes are AL generated.
It now all controlled by AL.
When you email pointing this out politely they block you!
I will order elsewhere in future.
However the question remains have they refunded my anti sickness tablets and my postage?
This Company is no longer worth ordering from.

Evaro is simply the name we use to cover our wider business, particularly when working with other businesses. e-Surgery remains exactly the same company and team that you have always ordered from and nothing has changed in terms of how we operate or the standards we hold ourselves to.
Regarding your rejected order
We are sorry to hear that your order was rejected and we understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly given your circumstances and upcoming departure from the UK. Our prescribing team works under strict clinical guidelines to ensure patient safety, and for certain treatments we do have to be careful about the amounts we prescribe over specific time periods. On this occasion your order was placed too soon after your previous one for us to safely prescribe again. We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding AI systems and clinical decisions
We want to reassure you that your order was not rejected by an AI system. Every single order we receive is reviewed individually by a qualified clinical professional.
Regarding your email being blocked

I recently ordered anti viral meds, which the course has to be completed. Both boxes of 25 doses only had 20 tablets. On asking how to move forward with this considerable problem, I was told I should have opened the boxes within 7 days of receiving them. It’s an absolute disgrace and very very inconvenient. Won’t be using them again.

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating and concerning this must be, particularly with a medication that requires a full course to be completed.
I do want to address this as transparently as possible. As stated in our terms and conditions, any issues with orders, such as missing or incorrect items, do need to be reported within 7 days of receipt. This policy is in place so that we are able to alert the manufacturer promptly of any packaging or dispensing issues, allowing them to be investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, as we were not made aware of this issue until two months after delivery, this does fall outside of that window, which does limit what we are able to do on this occasion. I sincerely apologise that this is not the outcome you were hoping for.
We do take matters like this very seriously and I am sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way.

Needed some medication for a dental…
Needed some medication for a dental infection and contacted e-surgery who promptly prescribed what I needed after a thorough questionnaire that I needed to answer.
Package arrived quickly so I could start the tablets and get relief for the problem.
Very good service throughout.
Their advice was helpful and the follow-up very thoughtful.

Used service as thought it would be Quicker than Doctors
Got meds as would have taken forever to try through doctors, gave four stars as found it very expensive at nearly £20 for 6 tablets! Also my order was held up as they changed the meds to a different one to the one I had originally ordered and emailed me, which I didn’t see straight away, this delayed things slightly.
