Rapid and straightforward treatment. I asked to inform my GP myself, because I have switched to a private practice recently, and felt this was managed in a responsible and respectful way which I really appreciated.

It saved me alot of time from going to the gp surgery.
The urine test came out positive for lower urine infection and the antibiotics that I brought cleared it up. If I had waited for a gp , it would have progressed to a upper urine infection which would have needed second line antibiotics and time off work so thank-you

Tried to order a ventolin inhaler for stepdad as he couldn't get to see a gp until Tuesday. He struggles to order online so I ordered it for him using my address and payment method. Evaro took the money immediately from my bank but then sent my stepdad a message saying he failed the identification verification.

As he had gone home when he got the message I couldn't help him to verify whatever was required so paid for a product not received.

Mounjaro pen is faulty, rang and emailed twice, no reply or resolution offered. Sent videos and photos of the problem and am being ignored.

And now I’ve been asked to jump through hoops with another video further delaying treatment. It’s not a short video that’s been asked for and have to return at my expense.

1. Identity Verification
• Begin video by clearly showing your face
• State your full name and order number
• Keep your face visible for at least 5 seconds
2. Medication Authentication
• Show the original manufacturer's medication box we supplied
• Clearly display the batch number label on the box
• Hold the box steady for 10 seconds so batch number is fully readable
3. Pen Inspection
• Display the medication pen in question
• Show the pen's label and any identifying numbers
• Demonstrate the current medication level by showing the vial window clearly for 10 seconds (do not obstruct the view)
• Show the dose counter window
• Rotate the pen slowly to show all sides and any visible medication remaining
4. Needle Attachment
• Show a new, unused needle in its sealed packaging first
• Attach the needle to the pen following proper procedure
• Remove both outer and inner needle caps
• Demonstrate that the needle is properly secured and straight
5. Dose Preparation
• Turn the dose selector to dial exactly 1 unit
• Show the dose counter window clearly displaying "1"
• Confirm the pen has clicked into the correct position (audio should be audible)
6. Test Injection ONLY if you are completely confident the pen is not working:
• Inject into the air (never into your body)
• Press the injection button fully and hold for 10 seconds
• Keep both the needle tip and injection button visible in frame during injection
7. Post-Test Verification
• Immediately show the dose counter after the test injection
• Display the vial window to show whether medication was dispensed or not
• Show the needle tip for any visible medication

I honestly cannot recommend eSurgery and Evaro enough. If you deal with social anxiety or simply despise sitting in a waiting room surrounded by sick people just to get a straightforward prescription, this service is a complete game changer.

Honestly, top people at this place. They did an initial check, questions etc, all online. I got the antibiotics the next morning. Tooth pain was unbearable, but now all gone. I wanted to hug these people, send flowers, invite to my home, everything........Honestly, I can't thank them enough.

Obviously, it is also important to follow the other steps (aftercare); go see doctor/dentist etc.

I use E-surgery for holiday medicine whenever I go away. The cost of the prescription and the medicine is less than my GP charges for the prescription alone.

It's delivered within a couple of days and fits through my letterbox. I don't have any pets or kids at home so that's fine. It saves me having to wait in.

It was easy to find the medication I wanted online on their website and it was easy to order after completing the questionnaire. I would say their prices are quite high, but it was very convenient to have the medication delivered to my home rather than having to make a journey to the pharmacy.

Did n9t inform me of safety testing protocols. Left me with dangerous levels. Would not let me speak to prescriber. Blamed another company. Completely failed to offer any advice or support to help me deal with the toxicity their prescription created. Put me at serious risk. Did not do anything to help put this right. Will be reporting to pharmacy council.
Replied saying they contacted me - they asked for a blood test result then I have never heard from them again. It's shocking

Excellent service. Had a gum abscess and was returning home on a Friday evening from holiday. Couldn’t get an appointment with the dentist until Monday and as I arrived home Amoxicillin was delivered. Started taking medication immediately and problem was soon resolved. I was actually pretty happy with e-surgery, but this time experience was different. I’m ordering my treatment from them as I simply haven’t got time to go to doctors. I was ordering it on a regular basis (not controlled medicine or anything). I’ve been asked for my blood test results a couple of times and no problem there I am checking myself on a regular basis. I mainly do it privately as we all know how NHS is (I am getting an annual review - but this is once a year not anytime I want). This time when I requested my meds it took a couple of days before I got a message that an order is on hold. Few hours later a message has arrived from I guess a doctor? Requesting test results- I thought ok annoying as I have only just sent them recently , but nonetheless sent out blood test results from private surgery. A day later I’m getting a response completely ignoring the results and request for a blood test from a GP or NHS app! I can’t have these done whenever I want and I did sent my annual review once couple months back. I also pay extra to get medicine delivered as I haven’t got time to queue at GP surgery every time I need a prescription. If I did would have no need for an online service now would I? Now I have to find the time and the way to get my usual prescription so thank you. I appreciate being careful etc. But that’s a bit much, especially these aren’t regulated or dangerous medications. Not happy at all!

I was home from University over Easter had a Sinus infection. Couldn't reach my surgery that was 6 hours away and was closed. My old GP where I grow up couldn't help me.
