Requested antibiotics for sinusitis but emailed to say I needed to try steroid nasal spray first. Emailed back to say I had tried them previously with no improvement and usually ended up needing antibiotics. Tried the nasal spray when it arrived with little improvement. Ended up going to MIIU where they agreed I needed antibiotics.

They get 1 star for refunding me for a service they didn't provide.
They wont give you medication without a perscription, so what is the point. If I had a perscription, I would go to my pharmacy. They say they provide a consultation but that involves looking at a perscription.
AVOID!

i would not recommend them at all stay away.
i wanted to buy two boxes of Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg which may i add are completely over priced by 90% you can get 100 capsules for £15 i paid £23.96 just for 15 tablets the industry is a ripp off your better going to a chinese or Thailand pharmacy online which i ended up buying for much cheaper for 100 tablets of both Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg
anyway after i paid got an email stating:
Your order es-1781910 has been placed on hold
order on hold. Because you’ve recently taken antibiotics for the same dental infection
this was a big fat lie never had this before ever ordered from them or anybody else before.
i emailed them they stated: treatment, our guidelines dictate that we can only prescribe 1 course of antibiotics at a time.
too much hassle to buy from them, they could have just sent it off as a one off no one would have known. plus it is way over priced anyway makes no sense, i just end up going to the chinese pharmacy online got 100 for less.
its best people take advantage of the NHS and get it cheaper as well.

Responding to their response. They did email me at 1:31am Tuesday morning apologises not Wednesday. I responded at 7:35am they have received a email from me I have the screenshots. I emailed them again on Tuesday at 21:21. I did not request a refund until Thursday.
Ordered some time sensitive medication as website offered tracked 24 delivery. And this was just a bit easier than going to my doctor ordered on Monday, on Wednesday I received an email saying my medication was on hold. Not due to anything other then “should we keep order the same or would you like to subscribe to this medication” I emailed back instantly and it’s still on hold. Lesson learned never again. Will update if I receive a refund

Can’t speak for results yet as I have only been using the product for 1 week. The service was great, including asking the relevant questions and offering to inform my GP for me that I am using the product. Also arrived a couple of days after I ordered it which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The product I wanted wasn’t in stock when I intially created an account and I DIDNT receive lots of spam emails asking me to buy something which made me more inclined to return and buy the product when it was back in stock. My brother in law has used this for around 5-6 months and has seen and great result.

I consulted for a dental infection and was prescribed antibiotics. I paid for expedited shipping within 1 to 2 days, but I haven't received the medication, and they haven't responded to my complaint. Now, I am going to the hospital emergency service for treatment. This is the first and last time I will use an online pharmacy service.

I’ve amended this review because my situation has now been resolved and I’m happy with the outcome. I was not asked by e-surgery to edit this review either. I do feel that it didn’t have to take a poor review in order for me to get to a resolution. They have offered good customer service since I originally posted. Original Review- Really disappointed with e-surgery. I do not recommend them and will never use them again. Was using Monjuro from them but on the last dose of my 3rd month the pen failed on me. I followed the process and provided video and returned the dose. Was told it was working fine and it clearly wasn’t. Why would I go through this hassle for 1 dose?Meaning no refund or replacement and no refund of postage. They even wanted to return the medication that had been messed with and out of the fridge for days for me to use. I don’t think so.I’ve been recommending Monjouro but get it from an alternative company, one that you can rely on to take responsibility.

Ordered 2 salbutamol, received 1 ventolin. Have been trying over a week to contact them via email and phone with no response to either. Contacting trading standards and the governing body of pharmaceuticals. Don’t waste your money.

The 1st order placed for Mounjaro was prompt. 2nd order placed 1 September 2.10pm swapping to Wegovy requested another check on Id which I promptly provided. In the absence of any further communication of 8 emails (I was cut of on my calls 4 times) and two chat bots within the space of 12 days - no contact made to acknowledge or respond to any communication. My dose should have been taken on Monday 8 September and I still don’t know when or if this is going to get to me.
The 1 month of taking Mounjaro is lost! Back to square 1 and no apology or good will gesture offered.

Absolutely disgraceful customer care. I placed an order on 30/8 which was placed on hold until I sent a photo ID which I did by return.
3 chat forms later (nobody available will get back to you) 2 unanswered emails, 1 complaint form and numerous phone calls cut off due to high volume, they still have my money and I’m furious.

I recently began using Mounjaro through e-Surgery, opting for their subscription model. The pricing seemed competitive, and the setup offered a straightforward way to manage re-orders.
About a month in, Eli Lilly announced a price increase—something I fully understand was beyond e-Surgery’s control and affected the entire industry. However, this announcement appeared to trigger a chain of events that led to shockingly poor service and chaotic communication.
Initially, I received an email confirming my subscription would continue as normal, with the option to purchase an additional pen at the original price. I called their team, spoke with a helpful staff member who explained the process, and even provided a discount code. I received both my regular subscription pen and the extra one without issue.
Then, a couple of weeks later, I got another email saying they’d relaxed their prescribing criteria and I could order yet another pen—so I did.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve now received this message:
“Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order for Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) Weight Loss Injection at this time. This is because we have already provided two pens earlier than scheduled, and our current prescribing policies do not allow us to issue additional pens before the due date. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please refer to your GP or NHS 111 for guidance.”
This directly contradicts their previous communications. It feels like they’re making up policies on the fly. Not only am I now being refunded without receiving the pen I ordered, but they’ve also cancelled my subscription entirely.
Frankly, it’s a shambles. The inconsistency and lack of clarity have been unacceptable, and it’s clear they’re operating without a coherent strategy—at the expense of their customers.
UPDATED 12/08/2025:
To compound the issues already mentioned, I was expecting my OPT pen to arrive on Wednesday via Royal Mail 24. It failed to arrive on time, so I contacted e-Surgery through their live chat to report the delay—no response was received. The pen eventually turned up yesterday, a full day late. I immediately informed e-Surgery that the ice packs had completely melted upon arrival, and the temperature of the medication was 18.1°C. I’ve since followed up with an additional email, but again, no reply.
For full transparency:
Below is the email I sent them. As you’ll see, their chatbot also gave incorrect guidance. According to Eli Lilly’s own recommendations, once MJ has been exposed to room temperature, it must be used within 21 days. That’s clearly unworkable—especially considering I still have three doses remaining in my current pen.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Dear Sirs,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order, which was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 but failed to arrive on the promised date. I contacted you on Wednesday to confirm non-receipt, having taken a day off work specifically to ensure I was available for delivery. Despite the tracking app stating the item would arrive between 10:30 and 13:30, no delivery occurred. The last scan showed the parcel in Norwich at 18:59 on 09/09/2025, which only heightened my concern.
The order finally arrived yesterday (11/09/2025) —a full day late—and, as feared, the ice pack was completely melted. The interior of the packaging and the medication pen itself were warm to the touch. I measured the temperature using an infrared thermometer, which read 18.1°C. I have photographic evidence of this.
I attempted to raise this issue via your Chat system previously, flagging that the medicine was warm. Unfortunately, the automated response incorrectly advised that the pen could still be used within 30 days. I have two serious concerns with this:
1. Eli Lilly’s official guidance clearly states that an unopened pen may only be stored at ambient temperature for up to 21 days once removed from refrigerated conditions—not 30 days, as your chatbot claimed.
2. I am currently using an existing pen with three doses remaining. Even if the newly delivered pen were viable, I cannot use both simultaneously. One of them will inevitably go to waste.
I am extremely disappointed. I have never had issues with your service before and have placed my trust in you to handle sensitive medication appropriately. This situation has left me with zero confidence in the safety of the product I received, and I am now unsure how to proceed.
I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how you intend to resolve this. I expect either a replacement or a refund, and reassurance that future deliveries will be handled with the necessary care and accuracy.
Sincerely,

I don’t know how to start! I am so surprised how this company has no professionalism. Is this a scam? My order ES-1453675#SUB#1 was paid but never arrived. Despite repeated attempts over several days to get an update, I have received no clear response, and I am now deeply concerned about whether my order will even arrive.
I have contacted their team multiple times through chat, email, and phone. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Not only have my emails gone unanswered, but when I finally managed to reach someone on the phone, the customer service was unhelpful and outright rude, even hanging up on me.
This is completely unacceptable. I am in the middle of treatment, and this medication is important for my health. The lack of communication and professionalism has left me anxious, stressed, and extremely dissatisfied with your service.
I want a refund immediately and also please cancel my subscription with you!

My order es-1458500 has been on hold for 1 week.
I ordered a week ago, knowing there was a 5 day backlog, which then changed to a week. I've contacted them multiple times and got no where, i'm now unsure if it will even arrive in time. Ive emailed asking for a refund if its not going to arrive in time doubt it will get a response.

Hi,
Just so you are aware I have started a bank dispute had no response in 10 days shameful service.
You are lucky to receive even 1 star it’s the lowest it goes. I Will not even recommend your service even to the devil himself I’m not that spiteful 🤣
UPDATE
My order has now been dispatched so I will give 2 stars communication is critical thanks. 8 days with no response for an item being shipped is not good thanks.
Bradley thanks for the response yes got order today I would suggest more communication with your customers.
As you can see that is what you are lacking a lot even a quick email saying orders delayed. By X amount of days and we would be happy thanks.

Having had a prescription and promises that products ordered were available - received an email advising of delays - no time limits, but options (1, 2 and 3) in the email to change products. Had to go through whole registration process again and pay again for a different product - meanwhile no replies to my chats and messages from e-surgery, estimate promises of delivery of the different product and as of yet no refund for the product they cannot get. I shall be making a complaint as this organisation has a superintendent pharmacist and they are therefore liable for this total debacle.
