Amazing Service

Amazing never heard of you guys before…
Amazing never heard of you guys before and never knew i could buy antibiotics online without seeing someone first. So saved time and money and got my antibiotics straight away and alot less also then if i went to a dentist too so defo a bonus hopefully the medication works very soon

Antibiotics didn’t work told to seek help elsewhere
Ordered some antibiotics as suspected a tooth infection. The antibiotics didn’t fully work as the course of treatment wasn’t long enough. I contacted e-surgery explaining this and they said that there was nothing else they could do and to contact a dental surgery. I get that I need to be seen by a dentist but it’s hard when I work long hours up and down the country so used this as a quick fix until I can get an appointment with my dentist. No further help offered and left with an infection getting increasingly worse. Seems like a cash grab if I’m honest. It’s a ease of use to get medication by not attending appointments but if that fails you will be told to go do the appointment in the end which costs more money so overall waste of money and time stick to the correct channels to get medication.

Thank you for your review and we’re sorry to hear you are still struggling with your dental infection. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially with such a busy schedule.
We do want to assure you that we are not a cash grab service and we genuinely care about the wellbeing of all of our patients. However, as stated during your health consultation, antibiotics are designed to treat the infection but are unable to fix the underlying cause of the problem. We do strongly advise all patients to seek dental treatment as soon as possible alongside any antibiotic course.
We also have a responsibility to prescribe antibiotics carefully and responsibly due to the very real risk of antibiotic resistance, which is a growing concern across healthcare. This means we are unable to simply issue further courses of antibiotics without clinical justification.
We would strongly urge you to seek dental treatment as soon as possible. Many dental surgeries offer emergency appointments for situations such as yours, and NHS 111 may also be able to help you find emergency dental care in your area.
