I have used e-Surgery for a few times now, their processes and online consultations are very easy to use and very quick... if they need extra information they let you know quickly and then prescribe the right treatment (sometimes medicin sometimes effective non-medicated alternatives). Very quick, very helpful and very good experience.

I was on holiday in the Lake District just 2 days after a tooth extraction.
Unfortunately I developed an infection which led to an abscess.
I couldn’t get back to my Dentist ( they didn’t have an appointment for 2 weeks anyway) and so I ordered some antibiotics to help with the abscess.
They were delivered in 24hrs. I was so grateful.

I am writing this review to warn other patients about the complete lack of consumer support and responsibility from E-Surgery when their delivery service breaks a contract.

I paid a premium for the "Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm" service to ensure the strict cold chain of my Mounjaro was maintained. The courier failed the deadline, and the product spent the night in transit. Because of this severe delay and the lack of proper updates, I initially contacted their support stating the medication was compromised and that I would reject it.

However, when the package was finally delivered the next day, my husband opened it immediately and checked it. The ice packs were completely melted and liquid, but fortunately, they were still cold to the touch. He measured the internal temperature right away and confirmed the medication itself was still within a usable range. Only because of his physical inspection did I decide to accept the package, rather than starting a chargeback dispute through my bank.

My complaint is about their corporate behavior. The representatives I spoke with refused to take any responsibility or offer a clear replacement policy for transit failures, relying only on theoretical timelines. The pharmacy offered no support whatsoever to reassure the patient. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, the pharmacy is legally responsible for a safe delivery within the agreed timeframe.

I must continue my treatment this month, but I am terrified. If the next delivery delays even further and the medication spoils completely, I know E-Surgery will not help. Fortunately, I have kept all physical evidence of this failed delivery timeline and their dismissive messages. If it happens again, we will use the thermometer, refuse the product, and file formal complaints with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council), Trading Standards, and my bank. Do not trust their delivery system.

First of all, refunding the shipping cost was not a "gesture"—it was your bare legal obligation under UK law because you breached the guaranteed Next Day contract.

The medication survived by pure luck, not because of your planning. If the delivery had been delayed by just a few more hours, or if this had occurred during one of the UK’s intense summer heatwaves, the biological product would have been completely ruined. I know this because I went through the exact same delivery failure with Zava pharmacy recently, where the delay was longer, the thermometer proved the medication was spoiled, and that pharmacy had to take responsibility.

Do not assume your customers are uneducated. We know exactly how Eli Lilly’s guidelines work: they apply to successful, controlled deliveries, not to compromised transit where products are shuffled between hot vans and depots with fluctuating temperatures.

Your customer service was defensive and offered zero reassurance when I was facing a disrupted treatment. I am terrified of you and about my next delivery. I repeat: solely because of the breach of delivery terms, you are legally obligated to take responsibility. If this happens again and my medication is ruined upon our temperature inspection, I will not hesitate. I will claim my money back immediately and take formal legal action against you through the relevant regulatory bodies. I would never recommend E-Surgery to anyone.

Refunding the shipping fee was not a favor; it was a strict legal obligation for breaching the guaranteed delivery contract. Your response is the absolute proof of my review: you will go to any length to evade post-sale responsibility. I will not waste another second communicating with you. I will simply monitor my next delivery; if the terms are breached again and the medication is compromised, I will not hesitate to do exactly what I did to Zava pharmacy and hold you fully accountable. Do not buy from them.

After my wisdom tooth extraction I developed an infection, being unable to access my dentist for at least four days I was prescribed Amoxicillin, I’m on day three this morning and it’s clearing up, just in time for my holiday , thanks.

Had a painful throbbing tooth and knew it was infected. Couldn't get an urgent dental appointment so wanted to explore possibility of penicillin, which I have had before for a tooth infection. Easy questionnaire to complete and antibiotics arrived within 24 hours. Amazing service. Tooth improving already and dental appointment in 8 days. Thank you for the great service.

**Excellent service and responsible prescribing**

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from e-Surgery. As someone with type 1 diabetes, I appreciated that they carried out proper due diligence rather than simply issuing a prescription. They asked sensible questions to ensure I understood the additional risks, knew what warning signs to look out for and was confident about monitoring my glucose, ketones and insulin requirements while taking Mounjaro.

It has been incredibly frustrating that my NHS diabetes team acknowledged Mounjaro could benefit me and said they would support me taking it, yet still refused to prescribe it—even off-label. I was therefore left with no choice but to fund the treatment privately.

I’m very impressed with e-Surgery for listening, taking my individual circumstances seriously and helping me access the treatment responsibly. The whole process felt professional, thorough and supportive. I would happily recommend them.

I used e-Surgery and EVARO for a sinus infection and was very impressed with the service. The online consultation was straightforward and easy to complete, and I received a prompt response from a clinician. After assessment, I was prescribed antibiotics, which helped resolve my symptoms. The whole process was quick, convenient, and avoided the need for a face-to-face appointment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing timely medical advice and treatment.

Listened to my symptoms and prescribed the correct treatment. Fast delivery as emergency before I left to go away . Penicillin helped quell gum infection, will contact my dentist when I get home in a fortnight. Very grateful for e - surgery

Its Monday I have a throat infection and bit of fever. Had it 9ver the weekend. My GP Surgery ask to fill in on the app before 8am in the morning. Unfortunately GP doesnt allocate appointment for same day it could be few days wait for a phone call from the GP. They only see patients if absolutely necessary. I fly to Portugal on Wednesday. I saw the ad for this esurgery and i thought fantastic. I know i need an antibiotic.
So contacted them did the consultation and was lrd to believe i would get the anibiotics next day Tuesday by 1pm.
Instead i got an email saying go to GP we have refunded you money. You may need to be seen.
Asit is midday i have to wait until 8am Tuesday to maybe get offered an appointment for who knows when.
So will now have to go to accident an emergency at the hospital.

What an absolute waste of my time.

I am on an NHS waiting list to get surgery for an infected, impacted Wisdom tooth. The wait is 40+ weeks, so the infection requires antibiotics every five weeks or so. I ordered Amoxicillin, but was advised that Metronidazole was more suitable. Excellent service given how hard it is to get antibiotics on the NHS. Delivered in less than three days. Infection is now in my jaw bone, but at least I can fight it with something!

E surgery is the best in UK ordered pills for bacteria infection for my teeth so far so good and delivery was great will definately buy again
