I ordered an inhaler with the belief that my doctors were not able to only for my doctors to supply one after I'd also placed an order with e-surgery. E-surgery noticed this on my records and questioned my request. They were happy to refund me for my purchase with no hassle. Would definitely use again and recommend on my recent experience.

Joke of a company and so unproffesional
Placed and order online on the 15th for inhaler and a flow meter ( didnt really need the flow meter but thought might as well get one while i was ordering) . Anyway placed the order and paid for next day delivery for this time today (1pm). Anyway 10 minutes ago I got an email saying they have not sent the inhaler ( which is the reason i placed an order) and will refund me for that, and on top of that the rest of my order has not even been sent yet !!!! So refund me the NEXT DAY DELIVERY COSTS TOO!!! Absolutely poor communication and a scam charging for next day delivery when they have not even sent the item by the time they should have been arriving !!!!!
