Excellent service from start to finish the through questionnaire helped to to choose the correct medication for me. The item was delivered the next day after my prescription had been processed. In a time of long waiting times just to see a medical professional I found this service invaluable. I would definitely recommend and use again when the need arises.

I have received a counterfeit antibiotic
I have received a counterfeit amoxicillin antibiotic. I contacted the pharmacy requesting an investigation and to send the product back and they refused to do so. They directed me to report the product to the supplier or an organisation called yellow card. However it is their duty as pharmacy to investigate health and safety issue regarding the medication they sell including reporting it to the supplier. Avoid at all costs

Quick service. I had a UTI and I needed antibiotics, contacted this service and was seen via video call on the same day. Spoke to a Pharmacist who asked me my symptoms and got my antibiotics delivered the next day. Would definitely use again :)

Dental infection
After discovering I have an ectopic eruption of my wisdom tooth and finding that it it was infected I tried to find a quick solve due to not being able to afford to see a dentist (students aren’t entitled to free dental care - I’m in full time university) I found your website online and ordered a 5 day course of amoxicillin, the process took no longer than 5 minutes and my tablets were delivered the next day, very efficient and convenient and I’m very grateful that what would’ve cost me hundreds at a dentist only cost £33 for my prescription and delivery

We do want to assure you that we take situations like this very seriously and we have raised an investigation with Royal Mail as a priority. Whilst we appreciate that a potential 14 day timeframe is far from ideal we are required to follow set procedures in these circumstances. We do however want to reassure you that the majority of investigations are resolved in under two weeks and we actively chase Royal Mail for updates throughout the process.

Pure garbage
Pure garbage.
I've ordered from here before with no problems. However, I accidentally clicked the wrong option because the wording was confusing, and I was in discomfort at the time.
They messaged me at 7 a.m., and I replied straight away. It then took them until 5 p.m. to reply and finally confirm that they had accepted my order.
It's incredibly frustrating because I paid for Tracked 24, which should have meant my order was delivered today. Instead, it won't arrive until tomorrow because of their awful customer service response times.
I will never, ever shop with this terrible company again. You cannot mess with people's medication when they are dealing with a medical condition and need it as soon as possible.
Please do not shop here. I've now told all of my family and friends, whom I previously recommended this company to, to choose somewhere else, as there are plenty of better alternatives.
