Just an entirely smooth operation from start to finish when I really needed it. I was in a lot of pain and this was sorted out with the meds in quick order. Service was great and delivery was rapid.

Easy process to get a prescription without visiting the doctor, and rapid delivery

Terrible company, wanted hrt patches, put all details in, then said blood pressure test, which i got from neighbours monitor, was wanting to try a months patches to see if worked then i would go onto getting them off docs, sent blood pressure test over, said will it be getting sent out today moving? Said if not i have a refund, didnt say anything about getting delivery , just issued a refund, generetic replies then a refund after me giving them blood pressure reading too !!!!
Wasted my time giving blood pressure if not going to even attempt to send them out !!!!
Obviously had no intention hence the quick refund, only wanting to know if be getting sent out ???

Take no notice too off hanahs replies she does not reply either after posting on here 🤣

Second time I’ve used e-surgery (first time in 2024) as I knew I had a sinus infection from previous experience, let it run on for 2 weeks but it wouldn’t shift. Couldn’t get a GP/nurse practitioner appointment for days so e-surgery came through once again. Money well spent in my opinion, did the job and I had no more time off work because of it. Rapid service and delivery, highly recommend!

Ordered a U-Test. Rubbish isn’t a strong enough word. The expectation for the test is not something I think any man would do. In addition, delivered to the wrong address. Would never use this service again

Very helpful customer service. I ordered 3 testing kits but one half worked and the other not at all. However the instructions are so small I couldn’t read 😅 but was given more kits to try and better instructions how to use and got good solid test results. Much appreciated 🙏

I have broken my collar bone and shoulder, and for a few reasons I was staying away from home at my brother's who lives up north,
I needed some of my medication but I couldn't get to my GP or my pharmacy so I looked online and found e surgery,
First time I have used anything like this,
I placed an order online, I received a few emails with confirmation, delivery ect, and the medication arrived the next day!
For anyone who needs this kind of service I would 100% recommend this company was very easy, and quick!

Easy to place the order:
This is my first time ordering from this pharmacy.

I ordered meds that needed a review and sign off.

The review process took a couple of days because it was the weekend, but fairly straightforward, you just answer their questions, and even though they are similar to the questions during the ordering process, I suppose because it was antibiotics , they just want to be sure. I imagine if I had ordered in a weekday the review would have been done same day.

The item was shipped on the Monday, arrived Tuesday.

They then send you an email with further information which is super helpful if it's new medication ( it wasn't for me, it was an antibiotic that I have been taking for decades).

So much easier than trying to get a home GP appointment ( I was told I couldn't get an appointment until 22nd December!)

Ideal if you are housebound or just too unwell to go outside.

The process is straightforward, so I imagine ordering regular meds would be even easier.

e-Surgery are amazing. I have recently moved home in an area where at times there is a large volume of traffic.. I have asthma and the exhaust fumes do not help. My new GP has not.. for whatever reason.. been prescribing my inhalers.. which as you can imagine has made my life a bit difficult. Fortunately i came across e-surgery who have been most helpful.. ok.. I have had to pay to get emergency inhalers but at least I had them!.. after Consultation with their Pharmacist. I cannot thank nor praise them enough.. as you can imagine it has been a relief to get the inhalers which were dispensed and received very quickly. They even sent a letter to my GP who.. I am hoping will now prescribe my medication which I have been taking for years! e-Surgery have been very supportive.and professional . IF you require any help and advice please to not hesitate to ask for their assistance and help! 👍😊

Falsely advertised a product on website as a urine test when it was a swab test. Messed around for 2 hours on live chat with no apology. No willingness to make amends beyond a refund

Edit I've just seen your response: "abusive" is misleading. I simply mentioned on the phone that the person I previously dealt on live chat was "useless". Which is rather factual after being messed around for two hours on the chat with no solution for something so simple - surely you can read the room and understand why I may have been a bit frustrated? I never got abusive on the chat, I asked for clearer communication and answers.

Honestly I would even be open to removing this review if you had conceded with just an apology, but to turn it onto me as being abusive is unfair. I will leave this up

I found exactly what I needed, filled out the required form, made my purchase, and I received it the next day (I wasn't even expecting it until at least a few days later). I liked being able to order two inhalers, as I like to keep one at home and one in my handbag for when we're out, just in case. I use them so infrequently, I probably won't be ordering for another couple of years but at least I know where to go for it!

Easy and quick to get medication I needed when away from home and unable to get hold of my own doctor.

away from home, I needed a repeat subscription urgently. My application was easy, the prescribing pharmacist dutifully checked my particular choice of antibiotic, and the meds were delivered to my home the next day. Thank you. Seamless.

What a terrible company
Placed order and accepted it
Then didnt deliver and kept asking for different blood test etc on something completely straight forward..
No correspondence wasted weeks of time asked for refund in the end hopefully I get refunded
