I have emailed and called everal times, have trouble getting call through on phone. it either gives you a long message then cuts you off or you have to leave a voice message. which I have had no response to.. no response via chat either, I am trying to get a refund now but no one talking to me.
Updating with order number es-1449660#SUB#1
I can see the status has been changed from active to on-hold but I have not received any email as of yet. Also I tried clicking on status as I don’t know why it’s been put on hold and nothing is happening. Can you advise what needs to be done or resend me the email

Seems customer service has dropped off a cliff with this company who are taking orders, and your money, despite being unable to fulfill the demand and have conveniently become un-contactible through their channels. The chat is just a bot that never connects you to anyone. The phone line auto disconnects after 1 ring and responses to emails are no existent. I've requested a refund which I've had no response to. Will give them a couple more days before raising with my bank.

⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Appalling Service
I am beyond furious with E-Surgery. I ordered a weight loss injection and have received NOTHING. Despite countless phone calls and emails, I’ve had zero communication back. It’s like the company has completely vanished once they’ve taken your money. This is disgusting customer service and a total disgrace — especially when dealing with something as important as people’s health. I feel scammed, ignored, and let down.

For months no problems until recently I've ordered my monthly prescription i was told it has to be 1 week before your prescription is empty so I've done this and I've gotten complete silence I've emailed 7 times, tried the chatt no response only from a bot that can't help and called 45 times with the lines saying there closed even when their open. I've had my order receipt (which is automatic) but no confirmation or anything from them. I am now left without my medication and will now be forced to order from else where which the cheapest I've found is £200 and this is on top of the money e-surgery has taken from me which was £154...who has the money for this? But it's either pay for this extra or stop my medication. Also I've had problems with getting the right dose one month I'm on the right one then e-surgery can't get that dose so I have to go down one so with my journey of weight loss hasnt been that great and when ive emailed and called them to say that there not providing me with the best or right dose i get a member of staff tell me "well go get it elsewhere" I've been a loyal customer even when I've found the medication cheaper somewhere else and this is how they thank us. I've emailed them one last time asking for a refund and if not I will take it up with my bank and still no response. Thanks for nothing e-surgery. Very disappointing not like they will care.
Please listen to the not so great reviews because we all are experiencing the same issues and we all can't be wrong. These amazing comments sound like damage control to me.

I have ordered Mounjaro from two pharmacies and had great customer service. However, after placing my order 3 days ago, received an email stating put on hold and wanted more information, ie, copy of drivers licence. Then received another email today asking if I have had my Gallbladder removed? Cannot get through on the phone and no success with the chat option. All very frustrating. When I manage to get a response, I am going to request a refund as this is not acceptable.
Unbelievable, I received a message today, to state that I have been refunded due to my medical history showing that I have gall stones? No I do not and never have had. Stay well clear of this company.
Read the response by e-Surgery. I contacted my GP and as I thought, there is nothing on my medical record regarding removal of Gallbladder or stones!!! They took my money and stalled for 1 week before sending a message about removal of Gallbladder! Returned to my old prescriber and order placed, dispatched and received within 24hrs. As I said, stay well clear of this incompetent company.

I purchased antibiotics privately for tonsillitis. When I also paid for P&P I chose 24 hour postage. It is now 48 hours after dispatch and I have still not received my order. This was the blanket reply from them Hi there. As we stated over email, I fully understand the confusion but the shipping type you selected is not a guaranteed 24 hour delivery service. This service can take 1-3 days to be delivered. We would expect this to be delivered later today following on from what Royal Mail have stated but this can potentially be delivered tomorrow also. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Please avoid this company there are plenty of more trustworthy and honest providers out there !!!

My #1 go to online pharmacy

Ordered a private prescription item through online doctor on e-surgery, had a good discount code to use and I only buy from regulated GPHC pharmacies as well as very good Trustpilot reviews, even 1 negative review of a company makes me hesitate & I would go elsewhere, no issues with this company and packaged well, arriving quickly. Thank you! Will recommend happily

I’ve used this company before and they were good. However I have a really bad sinus infection and tried to get some antibiotics from here to avoid bothering my GP. Firstly it took them over 24 hours before they responded to my consultation then I was told I couldn’t have the antibiotics that I paid for because they were unsure if it was a sinus infection so I would need a nasal spray instead. Nasal sprays are completely ineffective in my experience which I explained to them but they still didn’t respond instead they refunded me without any acknowledging email. I’ve just been to see my own pharmacist instead and been given the antibiotics because it IS a sinus infection.
Very unimpressed.

Bought successfully from them for a few months. Ordered some medicine over Christmas. They delayed the order by a few days (no problem) and then they shipped my medicine (that has to stay cold) over new year where it was delayed, and the ice pack melted. They said on the phone that it wasn’t shipped until the 2nd Jan, but they emailed me on the 31st December saying it had shipped. Arrived room temperature on the 3rd, and they won’t replace my medicine. I have to use it within 30 days of it being room temp, but I had to open another packet of the medicine which lasts for one month because my delivery was late. So now I have a £140 worth of medicine that I can’t use and they won’t replace.
For reference - every other shipment has arrived cold (ice pack still partially frozen). So it’s hard to believe that they shipped this on the 2nd Jan and I received a warm (floppy ice pack) 24 hours later. Very disappointed. Won’t buy from them again.
It was also really stressful speaking to them on the phone. They acted like they didn’t believe me, and like I couldn’t possibly know it wasn’t the correct temperature. I could literally feel the warm ice pack and medicine in my hands. I’m a human person in the world and I know what warm feels like!
I’m a scientist by training, and my instinct is to believe professionals when they make assurances. But this interaction felt like I was being fobbed off. I’m surprised that they recommended I re-cool the medicine and use it anyway, which goes against the manufacturer’s recommendations.
I feel even more aggrieved because I’ve recommended this company to others! And now I’m out a bunch of money and feel let down. Total bummer.
They also have another Trust Pilot with terrible reviews - for e-surgery.co.uk - I think this one is trying to replace that one? It links straight back to their website. Seems shady.
Update: After I posted this review I left it for a few days. I couldn’t shake feeling that it wasn’t fairly resolved, and contacted them again to say that I would file a complaint with the GPhC and push for a charge back on my credit card. At this point they agreed to send me a replacement shipment for my medicine.
I’m not thrilled that it took so much pressure, and they mentioned this review on the phone, so I think it weighed into their decision. But ultimately they did eventually replace this medicine.
I’m not taking this review down. It is all honest, but I thought it was fair to add the update. I hope they really have learned from this experience. And I’m still unclear how they shipped something on the 2nd in an ice pack that was completely melted 1 day later. The replacement they sent me was cold and the ice pack still frozen. As was the case with my prior purchases. The anomalous melted one remains a mystery.
I haven’t decided if I will use this company again. One mistake I can forgive (easily). I just wish they had rectified it without me having to write these reviews, and having to contact the manufacturer to make sure I really shouldn’t use the medicine.

Waited 1/2 hr in a cramped pharmacy without any privacy and gave up waiting. Back home and online to e-Surgery, ordered urgent medication a little late in the day but next morning arrived in my letter box - even with Christmas postal rush. A little pricey but for this quality of service I’m just thankful they operate so efficiently. Took all the fuss out of booking doctor’s appointment days ahead.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with E-Surgery while seeking Mounjaro for weight loss maintenance. Initially, I received my first maintenance dose with the reassurance that my case would be reviewed and that ongoing support would be provided. However, I was met with contradictory information when they abruptly cancelled my subsequent orders without any valid explanation. This was particularly disheartening, as their communication indicated support for individuals with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9, yet my case was dismissed the moment I reached my BMI target.
What is especially concerning is their failure to recognise the role of Mounjaro in appetite control, which is crucial for someone like me who struggles with binge eating. Despite my clear communication about needing Mounjaro for maintenance once I reached my weight loss goal, the company dismissed my requirements simply because I fell within what they deemed a "healthy" weight range.
Research indicates that discontinuing Mounjaro can lead to significant weight regain, with studies highlighting a high incidence of this issue. According to The Effect of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists on Weight Loss: A Meta-Analysis published in Obesity Reviews, patients who discontinue GLP-1 receptor agonists like Mounjaro often experience a return to pre-treatment weight, with some studies reporting weight regain in up to 85% of patients. Additionally, a systematic review published in Diabetes Obesity & Metabolism shows that the likelihood of weight regain increases significantly within the first year after stopping treatment. This evidence underscores the necessity for continued support, yet E-Surgery failed to provide the personalised care that I expected.
Moreover, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines recommend ongoing support and monitoring for patients on weight management medications, particularly when there are underlying psychological factors such as binge eating. By not adhering to these guidelines, E-Surgery has demonstrated a lack of commitment to patient care.
The absence of a duty of care and personalised treatment was evident throughout my experience. When I reached out for clarification, all the patient support team could say was that the clinician's decision was final and that it was stipulated in the terms and conditions. This left me feeling unheard and unsupported, especially after receiving previous assurances regarding my treatment.
In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering Mounjaro to seek a different supplier that genuinely supports long-term treatment. My experience with E-Surgery has shown me that once you reach your goal weight, you may find it challenging to obtain necessary medications from them. Losing weight is a complex journey, and E-Surgery’s approach was far from the supportive environment I was promised.
E-Surgery, I urge you to reconsider how your clinicians communicate with patients and align with your own stated policies. This inconsistency has not only impacted my treatment but also my overall well-being.
I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with E-Surgery while seeking Mounjaro for weight loss maintenance. Initially, I received my first maintenance dose with the promise of ongoing support. However, as soon as I reached my target BMI, they abruptly cancelled my subsequent orders without any valid explanation, despite their claims of helping patients with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9.
Their dismissive attitude towards my case was shocking. I made it clear that Mounjaro was crucial not just for weight loss, but for managing my appetite and mild binge eating tendencies. Instead of understanding this, they cut me off as soon as I reached a so-called “healthy” BMI, completely ignoring the role Mounjaro plays in appetite control. E-Surgery provided no tailored care or proper questioning of my individual needs—it felt generic and robotic, as though I was just another number.
Their response to my concerns was defensive and failed to address my actual needs. It’s obvious they are more concerned with covering themselves than offering genuine patient care. They even claimed that Mounjaro isn’t approved for binge eating, but research and real-world evidence show that Mounjaro (a GLP-1 receptor agonist) is highly effective in controlling appetite and preventing weight regain. The fact that they didn’t even try to understand this shows a complete lack of care.
E-Surgery’s "solution" was to suggest I see my GP for therapy, as if that could replace the role Mounjaro plays in managing my condition. My binge eating isn’t severe, but it is problematic, and I hadn’t found a successful treatment until Mounjaro, which really helped me control my appetite and maintain weight loss. Worse still, they made this decision without a single phone call or any attempt to understand my needs. The whole process was cold, impersonal, and dismissive.
Research shows that discontinuing GLP-1 receptor agonists like Mounjaro leads to significant weight regain for most people, but E-Surgery ignored this entirely, leaving me feeling abandoned. There was no follow-up, no care, and certainly no personalised treatment plan. Their entire approach seemed to be to push me away the moment I no longer fit their tick-box criteria.
If you’re considering E-Surgery, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are far better telemedicine providers who genuinely care about long-term support and patient well-being. My opinion is E-Surgery is cheap for a reason—once you’ve bought the first dose, they’ll drop you without any real concern for your health. You get what you pay for, and in this case, that means poor communication, no real support, and being treated like just another number. Save yourself the trouble and avoid E-Surgery at all costs!

Placed an order om Friday 4 October early morning with next day delivery for Saturday. Order got placed on hold. Sent email saying they cannot issue the medication. Asked for a refund. Follow up with an email from them saying why they cannot prescibe the medication again. Which I understood from the 1 email. Asked for a refund again and they have ignored my emails. Once they issue my refund I will remove this review.

I bought the moujaro weight loss pen from e surgery costing £149 but after 2 doses the indicator stopped working resulting in me not being able to administer my 3rd dose. I contacted them and sent videos and the outcome was that the pen was not faulty it had used all its doses therefore beware there pens must not contain the full 4 doses and basically I've been conned
Following on from this review I was contacted by e Surgery who offered me 30% discount off my next order. I emailed them to advise that 1 would except 30% but would prefer this to be refunded in.money and I've not heard anything since so this is what I'm. Up against. I have also observed from their website that they are currently offering potential customers anything from 20 -20% off and that's without issues being raised. I have also purchased further moujaro pens fron another pharmacy which arrived in a lovely cool bag with ice packaging to keep them cold as recommend by the manufacturers however the ones I received fron E Surgery only came in its original packaging which now makes me think that there pens aren't being stored properly hence the reason they are faulty. Sorry e surgery I won't rest until you offer me a solution to the the issue raised and by ignoring my emails only makes me more determined

Great first experience. After being let down repeatedly by the NHS, I received the medication I needed within 1 day of ordering from e-surgery. Quick, easy and safe - just the way healthcare should be! Great price too.
