Couldn't get a dentist appointment for…
Couldn't get a dentist appointment for over a week and couldn't afford an emergency appointment as would have to pay extra for a private surgery,doctors wouldn't help as it was dental pain so contacted e surgery, filled in short questionaire and antibiotics arrived 2 days later, excellent service amd would absolutly recommend

Needed antibiotics fast…
I was on holiday in the Lake District just 2 days after a tooth extraction.
Unfortunately I developed an infection which led to an abscess.
I couldn’t get back to my Dentist ( they didn’t have an appointment for 2 weeks anyway) and so I ordered some antibiotics to help with the abscess.
They were delivered in 24hrs. I was so grateful.
Very satisfied with e-surgery’s service.

Waste of time
Waste of time, the second time this has happened to me now this year, i done the on line consultation for pain killers tablets, after the consultation they offer me about 6 choices for pain killers, i make my choice and pay £23. 3 hours later i get an email asking me to provide a presciption to prove i have had these tablets before , i let them know ive never had them before and thats why im using e sugery as getting a doctors appointment is impossible. 20 mins later an email order cancelled. Complete waste of time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am truly sorry to hear that this has happened to you on two separate occasions. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when getting a GP appointment is so difficult at the moment.
I do want to explain that some of the medications we provide are prescription only, which means that we are required to ensure that a GP has previously initiated the treatment before we are able to dispense it. Unfortunately this is a legal requirement that we are unable to make exceptions to, and I am sorry that this was not made clearer to you before you completed your consultation and made payment.
However, I do not want to leave you without any options and we may be able to suggest some alternative pain relief options that we could help you with.

Can not fault E Surgery
Can not fault E Surgery for their service. The antibiotics arrived the next day. The pharmacist was very helpful in guiding me to the correct type of Antibiotics to try and it is a great service if you can not get to a Dentist or GP soon. I would highly recommend them.

Initially thought great but since having medication refused feel not so great, I'm under care of a medical professional and been specifically told to take the medication I ordered, this was a fertility specialist consultant, put all this information on notes when ordered, I was ordering through this company to avoid 57 pounds prescription fee my clinic would charge but the clinician saw fit to decline my request for the medication although provided information its required by my fertility specialist consultant, in response to below, the fact was prescribed it first time around with same information by esurgery was no issue I find it it laughable the rules suddenly changed for a repeat, perhaps me using discount for second order was the issue

We want to assure you that our decision to decline your request was in no way a reflection of whether or not you need this treatment. We have no doubt that your fertility specialist has recommended this medication for very good reason.
However, as a private online pharmacy, we do have our own set of guidelines and a defined scope of practice that we are required to adhere to. Unfortunately, in this instance, the nature of your consultation falls outside of what we are able to prescribe within our guidelines. Whilst your fertility clinic is a trusted medical provider, they are a separate entity to us and we are unable to prescribe outside of our own scope, regardless of external recommendations.
We genuinely empathise with your situation and understand the financial pressures that come with fertility treatment. We are sorry that we were unable to assist on this occasion and we hope that you are able to access the medication you need through the appropriate channels.
