I ordered with this company as I couldn't get in my doctors. I placed an order at 8.50 on the Friday and paid for next day delivery before 1pm for antibiotics. I received confirmation of my delivery for the next day and waited in all.morming for them to show. But they didn't.
I had to endure my issue all weekend after they didn't turn up when I paid for expedited delivery. If I had known they wouldn't show up when expected then I'd of either ordered elsewhere or called the doctors on the Monday. The point of ordering with e-surgery was the date of delivery stating Saturday before 1pm! Won't bother using them again.
After calling them, they advised my order was "lost in their system" ... hardly a reliable service!

You sent me the wrong medication and…
You sent me the wrong medication and were completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance.
I bought AMLODIPINE 10mg and you sent me Ramipril instead. I searched for AMLODIPINE specifically, which is how I found you at all. I got the confirmation on payment that the purchase was successful, but a code instead of the medication name was sent to me. (poor programming?) Assuming it was OK, I only saw the emails day later indicating the wrong medication after I received it. I called you only to be told I could buy AMLODIPINE again. No support, no option of returning the unopened wrong medication was suggested and the man was disinterested. I think you have a glitch in the code and a lousy customer care.

When looking more into the issues raised within this review, we can see that the item that was ordered by yourself was the correct one given. We also looked at the website to make sure there weren't any issues and our team weren't able to replicate or find a similar issue.

Easy to use website, good information, simple procedure. Much better value products than high street chemist and competitive with other online sites. Confirmation emails and delivery updates. Excellent service.

I ordered a medicine 0ver 10 days ago
I ordered a medicine over 10 days ago. To date i am still waiting for the delivery. I called esurgery staff to enquire about the delay and was told that he will raise the issue with Royal Mail. I also told the staff that I had received a confirmation of delivery on the 24th Dec which never came. I asked the staff about the process for raising a formal complaint. I had to explain on and on why i want to complain and very reluctantly i was told that he will send me a link. He had to keep challenging me that i do not need to complain and that the delay was none of the responsibility of esurgery. Despite my call and despite that the fact that i was told by the staff in question that i will be sent a link straight away, i am still waiting for his response. I hope someone will discuss this with the staff in question.

I have taken a full look into this for you and I can see that the delay does seem to be with Royal Mail. Across the Christmas Period and with challenging demands caused by the covid pandemic this has lead to Royal Mail potentially taking a little longer than expected for delivery.
As company procedure, once you alerted us to the delayed delivery we have opened an investigation with Royal Mail to which we are still awaiting a full response from. However after checking the tracking details again I can see that delivery has now been completed.
Our team will be more than happy to issue a shipping refund as this delivery has now fallen outside of the expected delivery timeframe window. This refund will show back in your account within 3-5 working days.
Again we apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay of your delivery and I hope that this matter has been fully resolved following the delivery of your order and hopefully we will not have any problems like this in the future.

The interests of the Patient are not Important at this surgery
The doctors at this surgery do not have the interests of the patient. I am hypertensive, but had to withdraw my usual medications because I had a screening test which would be affected. The doctor refused to prescribe any alternative medications. So I will have to spend the next 2 weeks with high blood pressure in order to do the Aldosterone-renin screening.

highly recommend … will use again in the future!
Didnt want to risk 2 visits (1 for test and 1 to see dr) to the surgery for antibiotics for a reoccurring uti, filled in a quick form confirmed symptoms and was able to pick next day delivery which came as planned! Deffo recommend as no face to face was needed and it came to my door. Worth every penny!
