Ordered antibiotics on 31/1. Order placed on hold to confirm my ID. This was confirmed same day. Order then placed on hold for a pharmacist to ask me a question. Again I replied immediately, followed by 2 days of radio silence and then the order being rejected. Why not reject same day so I could seek alternative treatment. I used this service as the government recommend using a pharmacy instead of GP for minor issues, well with poor customer service like this I would never use such a company again. I would not recommend to anyone!

Never ordered from an online pharmacy before but glad I did. The Avamys nasal spray arrived within a few days - saved me a week or more of trying to get a GP appointment or paying for a private doctor, just to get the same prescription.

Not impressed
Not impressed, ordered medication 3 packets. Order accepted then told only 1 box was available, then 1hour later checked there site and they were there for sale. Because they were hard to get they had gone up £6.00 pound in price. When I got my 1box it was not sealed and 1 tablet had been cut of foil strip and then put in box loose. Will never use e- Surgery again.

I can see that you did agree via email to have a partial refund following a low stock of medication requested with our selves and our suppliers. This was actioned in a timely manner for you and your order dispatched without delay.
When our suppliers do amend any prices for medication we do sometimes have to amend the sale price for these medications, when this is done we are always looking to ensure our prices remain competitive.

Didnt want to risk 2 visits (1 for test and 1 to see dr) to the surgery for antibiotics for a reoccurring uti, filled in a quick form confirmed symptoms and was able to pick next day delivery which came as planned! Deffo recommend as no face to face was needed and it came to my door. Worth every penny!
