Regarding the delivery, we can confirm that your order was delivered within the timeframe of our 24 hour tracked service, which as stated at the time of ordering can on rare occasions take up to 3 days to be delivered. We apologise if this caused any inconvenience.
With regards to the course length, the quantity and dosage of any medication we issue is determined by our clinical team. If you feel that your course of treatment was not sufficient, we would recommend speaking with your GP or pharmacist who will be able to advise you further.

It was weekend and I knew that I…
It was weekend and I knew that I wouldn't get to see a doctor for a while and was suffering badly with a UTI and needed antibiotics fast. This company is great in that it diagnosed and sent me the right antibiotics for me very speedily. I am now feeling better, but if it wasn't for them, then I am pretty sure that I would still be waiting for a doctor's appointment to see my GP!
