I have taken a full look at your order and I can see that you have given us authorization to hold your order until the due date following it being ordered too soon since the last order. I have located an email that has agreed to your order being dispatched when due. We do provide full information of our strict guidelines regarding the timeframes for issuing medication on our website.
We do always try our best to assist with orders when they are ordered too soon but with Prescription Only Medication we do have to follow strict guidelines with regards to how often medication can be issued.
In your Health Consultation, you have also provided information stating that you have not ran out and agree that we are not an emergency service for medication.
If you are in emergency need for medication, please speak to your GP, NHS 111 or a local Pharmacy for an emergency prescription to be issued.

We do also state the following on our Health Consultation to ensure that our patients are aware that we are not an emergency service for Asthma medication:
-You have not run out of your inhalers
-You are not currently suffering from acute breathlessness, wheezing, or chest tightness.
-You are NOT using a reliever inhaler more than 3 times per week
-You understand this is not an emergency service for respiratory conditions and is not intended to replace regular reviews and monitoring with your GP.
You agreed to this information on your Health Consultation.
For emergency medication to be issued, please speak to your GP, NHS 111 or a local Pharmacy who can issue this on the same day for you.

Quick and accurate!
I've had difficulties getting my inhaler recently - facing long waits, to be told "we don't know when we're getting it in.", on top of that, I only get one inhaler every three months which IS enough for my condition but not enough for me to remember to take it everywhere I go with my ADHD brain.
Recently, after visiting five different pharmacies in between night shifts, and still not having an inhaler after nearly three weeks, I still had some doses left in my inhaler but was worried about it running out before the pharmacy could dispense a new one which would then become a bit more of an urgent situation. So I decided to look into obtaining them privately as luckily, I had the funds available despite using a pre-payment certificate to obtain all of my medications.
I was slightly sceptical (hence my writing this review) but submitted my details at around 10am on the 12th of January, and had two inhalers arrive at my doorstep on the 13th! Very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the service and it's great to know that, should the need arise in the future, there's an alternative for me to obtain inhalers!

My experience was brilliant.! I ran my gp to ask for a ventolin inhaler and they refused me as I wasn’t asthmatic. I’ve had Covid three times and my airways was extremely tight and I was struggling to breathe. I went online and came across this company they did a 10 minute online consultation with the pharmacist explain my situation and before I knew it I was buying two inhalers I’m not bothered about the price and relieved my worries. I have now fully recovered. easy to use website clear instruction. Thank you so much

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but e-Surgery fully deserves the 5 stars. I had misplaced my backup inhaler and my GP surgery were completely useless at issuing a replacement in time. esurgery got it to me the next day and I was able to enjoy my time off during Christmas without worrying.
Absolutely top notch company and would recommend them without any reservations. 5 stars service!

Top notch service, very fast delivery. Would otherwise be waiting for a week for my inhaler, these guys were a breath of fresh air.
I have used multiple online chemists and this one is my favourite.
Staff are lovely and sort any issues or queries quickly. Would definitely purchase from again.

Very pleased with my experience ordering from esurgery. Needing an extra inhaler to keep in my car, filled out the questionnaire and it arrived next day. Price was actually lower than what I paid on my normal NHS prescription, which is a pleasant suprise.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing medication. Great service!

I had flu and was suddenly feeling breathless and needed an inhaler - no GP appt possible for 2 weeks and several years since I last needed one so not considered a repeat prescription without a consultation. I didn't consider myself sick enough to go to A&E. I got the inhaler 2 days later via eSurgery- a godsend!!
