Urinary Tract Infection Treatment
Very efficient and appears thorough.
I provided the company with an honest account of my symptoms and a previous recent treatment for the same thing. This was used to make a reasoned decision regarding the medication that was prescribed. This was all done very promptly and the medication was received first thing the day after meaning I could treat the symptoms quickly.

I had a great experience with e-Surgery. The whole process was straightforward, professional and very thorough which is exactly what you want when ordering prescription medication. The medical checks felt appropriate and reassuring without being unnecessarily obstructive or delaying treatment.
My order was approved by 5pm and arrived the very next day, even on a Saturday, which really exceeded my expectations.

Acute sinusitis treatment
Acute sinusitis, tried unsuccessfully for four days to get a GP appointment and despite government propaganda to the contrary the 8am phone call lottery still exists, an hour of holding to then be told, “no appointments left today, ring back tomorrow at 8am”….. anyway I had no idea E-Surgery was a thing until in my desperation an internet search showed they could help with my infection! A quick (but thorough) consult and a prescription for antibiotics at my door the very next day! Absolute lifesavers!

I was ignored by my NHS dentist as had…
I was ignored by my NHS dentist as had a sudden onset infection which travelled up the trimegial nerve. My bp, oxygen level and temperature all dropped as am suffering from Covid vaccine reaction and long covid. I couldn’t move for 2 days. I was not well enough to attend A&E or GP. Explaining this to an e-pharmacist ensured I had the dental antibiotics I know I needed for a broken tooth with exposed nerve. I chose my own preferred antibiotic and recieved them in a few days. Thanks for this service.

The whole process from start to end was faultless. I had a gum infection and with the assistance of the app i was able to get the antibiotics i needed. I no longer have my infection. The price is very good. Delivery was as explained.

I didn’t get a choice if antibiotics
I didn’t get a choice if antibiotics, was given a three day course which never work for me. I laid for next day delivery and had to wait two and half days for meds to arrive during which time and because I had a uti infection which was progressively getting worse, I had to seek alternative medical assistance. Overall, my experience was blinking awful

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and I am truly sorry to hear about your experience. Having a UTI is uncomfortable enough without the added stress of delays and we completely understand your frustration.
Regarding the choice of antibiotic, we do actually offer multiple antibiotic options for different infections, however in line with NHS guidelines we do strongly recommend first line treatments in the first instance, which in your case would be Nitrofurantoin. This is to ensure the most effective treatment is provided in the first instance.
Regarding the delay in receiving your medication, this is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide and I am deeply sorry that your next day delivery took two and a half days to arrive, particularly given that your symptoms were progressively worsening during this time. I completely understand why you needed to seek alternative medical assistance and I am sorry that you were put in that position.

Absolutely amazing service! I had a urinary infection, only had 2 in my entire life but anyone who has ever encountered it will know you need it treated ASAP thete is no discomfirt like it abd you can't leave the house. Couldnt get an immediate appointment with GP, i went online, they did the consultation and the medication was with me within 24 hours!! After describing my problem, they were able to advise on what medication would help and I received the product very quickly.
I had an infection in my gum and cost me just over £20 for a course of antibiotics which was far better than having to attend dentist which would have been £146 for the same treatment - thank you so much

Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered a repeat prescription for Zyban, a medication I have already been taking, and the process was unnecessarily delayed at every stage. First, my order was repeatedly held up over ID verification, despite me submitting my identification multiple times. I eventually had to call just to be told to email it instead.
Once the ID issue was finally resolved, I then received another email saying my order was on hold because of a clinical question regarding my fluoxetine prescription. If this was a concern, why wasn’t it identified from the beginning rather than after days of administrative delays?
I fully understand the need for clinical safety checks, but the way this was handled was inefficient and frustrating. The repeated delays meant I was left without medication when I should have already received it, increasing the risk of interrupting my treatment.
Communication was poor throughout, and I was left feeling as though the goalposts kept moving. For an online prescribing service, I expected a far smoother and more organised process.
I won’t be using this service again.
A service providing prescription medication should have efficient systems in place. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated the opposite
