The Dr's werent seeing anyone and they told me to go to A&E, for a condition Ive had often and knew what I needed to get better. A simple consultation with e surgery and the tablets were prescribed and received the next day. Fantastic service.

The earliest appointment I could get with my local practice was a telephone appointment in six days time.
I knew from previous experience that I would only get better with antibiotics, so I used e-surgery, and the tablets were with me the next day.
This meant that I had already recovered by the time of my practice appointment.

We don't actually offer finasteride solution through our service - we only supply finasteride in tablet form. It's possible there may have been a misunderstanding during the ordering process.
We do offer a double or triple action hair loss spray, but this isn't a pure finasteride solution - it contains a combination of different medications for hair loss.

I was sent no receipt or email of…
I was sent no receipt or email of confirmation for my order of malaria tablets.
However the box of tablets arrived within 2 days, so I didn't question it. Only on the day of my flights, did I find I had been sent 12 of the 24 tablets needed and paid for.
I write this in Uganda, an exposed area, where I have been put at risk by the failings of this company.
No reply to my email on the day of travel.
No reply form my attempts to use their "chat" contact system.
Finally a reply to my second email to say they can't find any such order.
I will never use them again and would advise that no one else does either. The above is factual and contains no emotion or feelings. Take my comments seriously!

I've reviewed your order and can confirm our records show 24 tablets were sent – supplied as two boxes containing 12 tablets each. According to our terms and conditions, any issues with orders should be checked and reported within 7 days of delivery. As we were contacted approximately one month later, this does limit our ability to fully investigate what may have occurred.
With regards to contacting us, I can see your live chat message was sent at 7am, which was before our operating hours of 9am-5pm. My colleague responded as soon as we opened at 9am that same day. Your subsequent email came through at 6:30pm after we'd closed, and was replied to first thing the following morning at 9am.
I should also point out that malaria prophylaxis needs to be commenced 1-2 days prior to travel to an at-risk area, so I do hope you were able to start taking the tablets at the appropriate time.
While we value all customer feedback, it remains the customer's responsibility to check their medication immediately upon receipt to confirm everything is correct.

The site asked all the right questions about symptoms to ensure you were requesting the right prescription. I was very impressed with delivery, it stated Sunday or Monday and it arrived Sunday lunchtime so I was able to take 2 tablets that day.

You will only be given tablets if safe to do so otherwise you will be directed to your own doctors or hospital.

Ordered Amoxicillin for a dental infection a few weeks ago, the infection settled without having to take them, it flared up again today & could not get dentist appointment so was about to take one, when I took one out of the blister pack there is no print on the actual tablet! Poor service and impossible to contact
Poor service and impossible to contact. I ordered some anti malarial tablets for 2 people. However, their prescriber contacted me saying that they could only supply medication for one person per order. I have now received only half of the medication and yet I have still paid the full price and no refund has been issued for the medication that wasn’t sent. I have since called them multiple times, emailed them and used the live chat, with no response whatsoever.

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!! I have ordered malaria tablets, but the order is on hold as I need to verify my ID. They have sent a generic email to confirm that this needs to be done, but the link in the email does not work. I have emailed several times with no response, the phone lines keep you on hold and then cut you off and the webchat does not connect to an advisor. They have taken my money and i have no idea whether this will be returned? Basic customer service is non-existent!!

This was literally painless and speedy and saved me from stress and symptoms getting worse waiting for a Doctor’s appointment. I really hate going to the doctors too!
As a person who has reoccurring UTI’s I know the symptoms (I have test strips too) and want to act quickly to stop it getting worse. The tablets were here next day after ordering, i could have cried. It means so much to get treatment speedily as it stops it becoming ‘set in’ and hard to get rid of so I thank you for this! (I have made a doctors appointment to discuss a long term plan to deal with this, but this was a lifeline whilst I wait)
I will definitely use them again if needed.
